Bose..... Wow!!!

...I did not expect this level of sound quality from such a small speaker! The Bose SoundDock is a small, compact speaker system for the Ipod range. It has great looks, amzing sound quality and suprising power! There are two different sound docks.. the first one was basically a plug in speaker system just for use with the ipod, perfectly good for anyone who is looking for amazing quality. This one costs £199. The second one they bought out, which i have also got, is the same system apart from it has few extra features. It has a rechargable battery so you can listen to it on the move, it has a carry handle built into the back for ease of transportation, the dock is on a rotating platfrom so it can be made to fit flush to the dock and then open at a touch and then most importantly it has a 3.5mm Aux input that now the user is not limited...

Bose rocks

...Before i start this reveiw i want to state that the Bose soundock is an exceptional piece of kit. Before i bought mine i toyed with the idea of a lesser quality and obviously less expensive option but was lucky to hear a freinds unit before i spent any money,needless to say the difference in sound quality is like compareing a honda to a porshe. Personally i'm a convert but i will try to be unbiased. SIZE 6.65" H x 11.91" W x 6.48" D . 16.89 x 30.26 x 16.47 cm . (Basically the speaker face is slighty smaller than an A4 sheet of paper and although it is just over 6" deep, 1.5-2" is taken up by the ipod dock which makes the speaker quite slim) 4.56 lb (2.1 kg) . BOSE: Music for the soul

Bose In ear headphones

...There is absolutely no question about it Bose do make good quality products. Well the Bose in ear headphones are no different. I own a pair of the Bose Triport headphones, the big blue ones that go over your ears, they sounded absolutely amazing but they were too big, and to be honest i wouldn't walk down the street wearing them. Well the Bose in ear headphones came out and i thought, well they are tiny the quality of the audio can't be the same as my 'big blue ones'. Well when i heard them, i was blown away! The sound quality and the comfort of these headphones were incredible, you have to get the right gel type adaptor first, small, medium or large. I wear these headphones when i go to the Gym, and normally the bouncing up and down from the running maching pulls the headphones out, and they get very uncomfortable after about an hour...

Not up to usual Bose standard.

Advantages: Easy to use speakers.

...The Bose Sound Dock.... where to begin.... well I bought this in autumn 2004 to go with my apple ipod. I had great expectations but sadly I was disappointed. The unit looks smart in the usual Bose way but in the areas you need it to excel it just doesn't. Firstly this isn't a cheap speakers solution, so you expect a reasonable quality product from such a specialised manufacturer. I own other Bose products but this one doesn't meet the same standard. In the box you get (as I recall).... the system, a remote control, instructions, power adapter and a selection of ipod adapters. When setting the system up you have a selection of ipod adapters to choose from that sit in the front cradle, allowing you to dock different generation ipods. This is a feature that I liked but the adapters are a fiddle to fit and not easy to swap...

...Bose SoundDock Digital Music System I happened to get this as a gift and it turned out to be quiet interesting Summary: This dock is used mainly for ipod and allows you to connet mp3 players to it and listen to high quality music via speakers. It is idle for homes and small gatherings, although I would not run a party off these. Pros: This system has terrific sound and can go very load despite its relative small size. As with almost all Bose speakers the quality is amazing, so long as the source you are playing it from is high quality it will allow the speakers to each its potential. I have a surround sound Bose set up in one of my rooms but now prefer to use this product as it is very simple to operate. Just plug the mp3 player in and press play and your set. Can't get much simpler. It also runs off a wall...

...In my opinion the Bose sounddock was a great spend. I was looking for a quality product to enable me to listen to my iPod. I shopped around and tried out a few other speakers, e.g. JBL onstage. The Bose sound was remarkable. It was so clear it was unbelievable. I got a surround sound feeling whilst listening to the speakers and there was no sign of the low hum or odd crackle one sometimes finds accompanies certian speakers. I have now had my Bose speakers for a year. One year on and they still look new (the newer model still looks the same) and the sound is still clear and precise. It is very easy to function and from my point of view speakers which come without a remote are an uneccesary hassle, fortunately the Bose Sounddock comes with a very well equipped remote. Bose Quietcomfort 3 headphones

...As a regular flyer, who finds the cabin noise intrusive, and is unable to hear the movies/music when using the airline headphones, I decided to take the plunge and buy the Bose Quietcomfort 3 headphones. I have to say though, not without a good deal of consideration, as these are very expensive headphones. However, now that I have them, what an amazing difference they do make. Noise reduction is suberb. When I put them on, it sounds like I have closed the window on a noisy street. Engine noise and crying babies disappear in an instant! They can of course be used for noise reduction alone, if so desired, although I connect them to my IPod. The sound reproduction is excellent. All the songs from my IPod are crisp and clear. ...Yes, I bought these after purchasing the Bose Wave stereo unit, as I was warned I would ! Having appreciated all the benefits of the Wave, it seemed miserly to scrimp on the headphones when I wanted to listen in privacy. They do cut out extraneous external noise so all you hear is what you are trying to listen to. This is true when listening via an MP3 player, a normal hi-fi, a TV or the Wave system itself. The standard supplied jack plug is the small one but an adapter is provided along with an extension cable so connecting to a standard amplifier and one that is further away than the relatively short distance permitted by the supplied cable is not a problem. The carry bag is a nice touch - my MP3 player fits in it along with the headphones....
