...Hugo Boss Selection, was their 17th fragrance at its time of release (had since been overtaken by the overly-advertised XX-XY brand). If you've seen the advert with the desirable man/men objectifying male perfection, you may have bought the fragrance. And if... for some unknown reason you need to know what it smells like, this is the article for you. Selection carries notes of mandarin, grapefruit, cedar leaves, and star anise, patchouli, and green accord. Despite the obvious fruit based content, the undoubted smell is that of a 'woody' one. A smell almost animal-like, it is syrupy, and undoubtedly sweet. More black forest gateau than lemon meringue. It is also a very deep fragrance, with manly undertones (30+). It's the smell of a man who has travelled the world but got lost along the way, someone who isn't akin to absolute luxury... Read review

...This is one of my favourite perfumes from the selection gift set that I bought from Boots at Christmas. It is a cute little rounded bottle, and the design is appealing. The scent is rounded and beautiful. I think this a cooly sophisticated perfume, suitable for wearing at any time of day. An extra splash for a night out would be good. It has a very designer-based feel, and i think that you can't go wrong with it. As a student I am always aware of the expense involved here, but it's good to get as a gift! (Even if you do have to buy the gift for yourself) ;) All round an enjoyable product.... Read review

Advantages: The Great Smell of Boss, Looks Good
Disadvantages: Does Not Stop Wet Patches, Smell Becomes Overpowered, Expensive

...Hugo Boss is one of the most well known fashion designers in the world. His selection of aftershaves and more recently perfumes is vast, each one with distinctive smells that are to die for. I am certainly a fan of Hugo Boss's aftershaves and own three separate bottles: “Hugo”, “Boss in Motion” and the aftershave of the deodorant I am reviewing today “Boss”. Each one can be used on different occasions to finish a certain look that you are hoping to achieve. Not surprisingly the deodorant smells exactly the same as the aftershave, launched in 1986 does, this being a very subtle citrus sensation which delicately mixes many different fruits together, with the strongest being apple, that is very pleasing to the nose, I think there is also a slight woody undertone that finishes the smell off to give a very classy, masculine smell... Advantages: Long lasting colours

...In any office or in any business these highlighters are a must! Now is it really any wonder that these have been seen on so many desks through out Europe! In my opinion, no other highlighter would come close - as they all run out straight away. I tend to do a lot of highlighting in my job - selecting the more important bits of information. The shape of the pen is original as its not quite oblong as the lid (black) and the other end of the highlighter seem to get just slightly thinner. This makes it easier to get a hold of and use for a longer period of time without hurting your hands. Personaly, I preffer the yellow one, but I tend to buy all of them incase one runs out or it gets lost or I feel like a change! The multipac has 4 colours - yellow, green, pink and blue. Advantages: Everything. Brilliant album
Disadvantages: 18 songs just are not enough

...What a rock icon. The louder the Boss is the better. Everyone who has ever heard of Springsteen will know most of these tracks. Bruce is a fantastic artist and writer and with the talents of the E street band behind him the music just sounds better. Im just going to review a select few tracks. All the songs are great, there is no reason for the ones ive chosen. Born to Run - Brilliant feelgood track. Really rocky and upbeat. The River - The Boss seems to always be struggling, but he tells it in such a way that keeps you gripped. Lovely chilled out track, not to much of a ballard. Secret Garden - I feel its on par with Dire Straits, Brothers in Arms. Excellent track to unwind to. Born in the USA - Need i say anymore. This has always got me going. ...First off this is in the wrong catergory, it is a multi effects processor not a single. The Zoom is one of the best value for money effects you will find on the market, mine cost less than £70 for the unit and the mains power supply! Compare that with a Boss single effects pedal at £70 each. The Zoom has 9 different effects 7 of which can be selected at once. There are over thirty memory patches where you can configure your effects using up to 7 in one patch and with the unit sat on the floor its just a toe tap to change. It should be noted that this is a £70 effects processor and compared th the Boss pedals at £70 each it is noisy. Home use and small gigs is what this seems best at, anything larger and it becomes noisey. Also the sounds you can produce are limited and not as configurable as other effects proccessors but for a beginer... Read review

...I do not use Green Flag. (I do not drive) But my boss does, and he is full of stories about how very good Green Flag are. I will let you in to a secret. Most of the recovery vehicles that come out to you when you break down and you call your favourite motoring organisation are not employed by the motoring organisation that you are a member of! It's true! What happens is that, unless there happens to be a patrol officer who is with your organisation really fairly close to you, they will call a local recovery operator to deal with your vehicle and to tow it to a garage or, if necessary, take it on to you destination. This is exactly what Green Flag does. But you need not worry as every operator they use has to go through an extremely rigorous programme of selection and subsequent re-checking to ensure they are good enough to continue... Read review

...Toy Story 2; Buzz Lightyear To The Rescue may not exactly appear a compulsive buy to the average gamer, but underneath the appearance of a jelly mould platform/adventure game, lies an unoriginal yet enjoyable game. You must guide Buzz around different levels, fighting evil toys, solving puzzles and exploring different environments. The levels are interesting and varied, and they follow (vaguely) the plot of the film. Ranging from Andy's House at the start of the game, to Airport Infiltration near the end, you must encounter a variety of bosses. A small selection of weapons and attacks are availiable to you to use, including your laser, spin attack and a disc launcher. Graphically, the game is acceptable, but you still get some rough edges and the annoying 'see-through solid objects' when turning around near something. The music which... Read review

...spots, which are not exactly hard to find. Barring one boss (because of the sprite flicker) I was able to clear all the enhanced game stages on the hardest difficulty setting. This is not the toughest R-Type game for sure, with the infinite continues and level select making it accessible. On the strength of the lineup the game definitely succeeds, but unforunately the graphical problems prevent this from being a great title.... Read review
