bp petrol station harrow

Advantages: easy transport access
Disadvantages: high petrol prices.

...products such as newspapers, crisps, Chocolates. Also it has a wild bean Coffee concession store, where people can order a cup of Coffee, Tea, or hot Chocolate. also the company has a car wash System. the forecourt is not overly big, though the shop itself, has plenty of sales space and the tiles are white and clean usually, and the shop is well lit. the shop has a Cash machine, clean toilets for Customer useage, and friendly Customer Service staff. In terms of value for money it is no different in price than going to a newsagency. Some of the Food products such as sandwiches, and cakes seem quite high. in terms of local petrol competition, there is a somerfield garage similar to the bp station located nearby in north harrow, literally three hundred meters away, and there is shell garage located at south harrow, which is about one mile away....

Wow a review on a petrol station

Advantages: Convenient
Disadvantages: Not as cheap as the nearby Tesco filling station

...I saw this as a review and seeing as I regularly top up at thsi particular station, I thought Id let you all know about it.. although I have to admit Filling Stations dont spark much much interest! This BP branded garage is situated on the infamous North Circular Road (A406), and can only be accessed when travelling eastbound. It is about 1 mile past the East Finchley turning. It is easy to see and so you shouldnt past it by mistake. That said, this is one of the few places on the A406 where there isnt too much traffic so you could whizz past it if you are speeding (would serve you right!) It is clean and large, and has the full range of unleaded, LPG and diesel fules. It can get busy, but I dont usually have to queue for more that 5 mins. One of the better things about this garage is that it has a 'BP connect shop...

BP Garage

Advantages: 24 hour, close to M5, cashpoint, lorry area,
Disadvantages: Faulty air/vaccum machines, bit expensive

...Well, Ashchurch nr Tewkesbury is my old hometown, so I felt that I should probably review this here petrol station to give it a local's point of view. It's situated very closely to Junction 9 of the M5, so if you're running out of petrol/diesel after a long journey then it's in an excellent spot to stop off and top up. It's also very close to a large industrial estate so caters well for lorrys as well with a separate area for them to fill up. There's a small amount of parking on the site as well for those who require other facilities that the garage has to offer other than petrol. And of course an air and vaccum area. Though these tend to be faulty at times I've found, so be careful. There is also a cash point to the side of the building, which has been a saviour at various times on my way for a night out because there isn't another...

IVE GOT GAS - OF THE LPG VARIETY

Advantages: Cost, Improves range, Energy reliance, green, improving technology
Disadvantages: Small amount of petrol to start

...My LPG conversion was installed a year ago I had being toying with the idea for a while. after hearing my partners uncle had it on a Lexus I took the plunge. 2 grand a small wheel like tank in tool slot at rear of vehicle and it was installed. The LPG can be switched between petrol and LPG and the fact you can have a tank of petrol and a tank of Gas gives your car a longer range. The LPG tank is full for £20 as oppose to £30 for half a tank of petrol - such a big difference but the car needs a small amount of petrol to start so I keep a quarter of a tank of petrol in usually just for that purpose. If you get the LPG system installed correctly the car doesnt suffer much loss in power. I was made aware of rally cars with 200hp engines running on gas and I also drove a converted vauxhall calibre that really flew, overtaking was easy...

Filling Fodder.

Advantages: A great snack or a meal.
Disadvantages: High in fat

..., this goes some way to explain the fact that their goods hold a heftier price tag. The Deep Filled Steak Slice contains wheat, milk, gluten and eggs. Each 180g slice contains 455 calories, 15.1g protein, 38.4g carbohydrate of which2.8g is sugar. 27.0g of fat, of which 12.7g is saturated fat, 2.9g fibre and 0.75g sodium. A brief look at the nutritional content explains in no uncertain terms that these slices are rich, both the fat and the calorie content are high. We and millions of others enjoy Ginsters pies and pasties, they make a good meal, they are great to take on a picnic and if you regularly travel up and down the motorways I am sure that you will have noticed them on sale at the service stations. A delicious snack come meal that has appeal which comes at a price. But all in all the price is reflected in the quality...

LPG should you? My experiance as a guide.

Advantages: Cost if done right
Disadvantages: Cost if done wrong

...I have been running on LPG for a little over five years now, and covered a shade under 220,000 miles in two cars. The first car was a Honda Accord 2.2 Coupe that had 65,000 miles on the clock when I had it converted to gas. Used was a cheap and basic OMVL kit. This basically converted an injection engine, into a carburettor engine by inserting little more than an open pipe into the inlet manifold, allowing the engine to suck the gas into the cylinders for combustion. Luckily the engine was powerful enough to start with to compensate for the resulting drop in power. There was a cylinder in the boot behind the back seats which made the boot one foot shorter, but I still retained the full sized spare wheel. The engine was from the ultimately reliable Honda stable so; all the problems that I could/should of have had with such a cheap...

Non fill filler

Advantages: it moisturises
Disadvantages: It didn't work for me

...fSoap and glory the fill monty With a 3 for 2 offer on at Boots and wanting to try these products, this is one of the products I decided to try. THE PROMISES... The product promises to be a dab on instant wrinkle filler and although I always try to convince myself that I am not taken in by this kind of product, I am clearly seduced by the promises. The virtual retouching technology will apparently help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles (not the wrinkles!). This all sounds very good to me; reduction of wrinkles without anything more scary than a bit of cream. PRODUCT AND PACKAGING... The packaging is similar to most of the other Soap and Glory products, and is very reminiscent of the advertising in the 1950s. The box itself is pink with lots of writing in different fonts, all extolling the virtues of the product...

LPG Vehicles,Should you or Shouldn't you

Advantages: Cheaper fuel costs/extended service intervals
Disadvantages: Finding petrol stations that sell LPG

...& my fuel costs dropped around 35% . It is amazing how many people come up to you in petrol stations asking for information on LPG & what you think of it,A lot of people have heard of it but are very sceptical about having there cars converted. I never found it an issue locating Petrol stations that sold LPG,but even if you were caught short you just filled the car up with a little petrol & carried on your way. The service intervals that were recomended to me were double the manufacturers service intervals & the vehicle never let me down once, I have since sold the vehicle & the new owner is as impressed with it as I was....

Free gas passes for the over 65's

Advantages: provides gas to get you places
Disadvantages: rip-off merchants

...CIAO Review - dated 06-03-09 Titled: Free gas passes for the over 65?s ----------------------------------------------------- UK Petrol - BP ? Beyond Petroleum, better known as British Petroleum What on earth does ?Beyond Petroleum? actually mean? This is the apparent updated BP re- branding that has come out this last year that obviously means they are supposedly attempting to reviewing alternative methods of fuelling, I guess. I know that in 2005 BP were asked by the government to replace petrol, so 3 years later they changed their name. That is the only evidence that they have in looking for alternative methods is a twenty minute think-tank brain-storm in 3 years. The board of directors must think the environment minister is as soft as Aunt Mavis handing out home-work to a group of delinquent Bulgarian teenagers, on day release from...

sex on the beach and orgasms on the royal mile

Advantages: sells cocktails, happy hour, great food, good atmosphere
Disadvantages: can get very very busy.

...The filling station is situated on the royal mile just over from the festival office. It is decorated in an american diner theme, with a bar then good sized seating area mainly made up of booths. The bar is very popular and it is always impossible to get a seat at busy times. The reason the bar is so popular is that it sells cocktails in glasses or a pitcher priced at ten pounds. This is good value as they are generous with the shots. The range of cocktails is large will all the popular ones listed such as sex of the beach, orgasm, mudslide, slippery nipple and so on. If cocktails are not what you are looking for they do all the well known beers such as stella, bodingtons, millars, murpheys, woodpecker. The bar has a happy hour running from five to eight during the week, cocktails are half price and prints tend to be about...
