It tastes like what cheap brandy should although maybe somewhat more oakey than others and is good for desserts, drinks and particularly in your breakfast coffee. It seems to be pretty much exactly the same as the Waitrose product. Unlike some brandies it does in fact flambé on a warm pudding which is quite amusing as a party trick.
