A brush that cares
Advantages: Does an excellent job
Disadvantages: a bit pricey may get some gum bleeding initially
...The human mouth is one of the places where the risk of infection is high due to the amount of bacteria that can build up in plaque despite this it is often treated with insufficient respect. One of the best ways to reduce the risk is by a thorough cleaning of the teeth. For some people I am one of them who have a compromised natural immune system as a result of medication (I need a course of antibiotics if having an extraction) it is even more important
For a variety of reasons the use of the traditional manual toothbrush is not fully effective this failing is overcome by the Braun Oral-B PC7000D 17.511 electric toothbrush made by one of the leading manufactures of dental health care products. My dentist recommended the purchase after my last visit for an extraction as a result of an abscess
The toothbrush can be a bit pricey I have...

Its electrifying!
Advantages: A much better clean than an ordinary brush and a rechargeable battery.
Disadvantages: None I dont think.
...I may be ancient but there is one thing I have that some much younger men do not and that is my own teeth. I have looked after my teeth almost religiously and continue to do so.
I recently purchased a new toothbrush and for the first time I have gone electric. My choice of electric toothbrush after careful consideration was the Braun ORAL-B PC 8000 DLX D 18.581 X, god only knows why they have to give it such a long title but there you go.
This brush comes with four interchangeable heads and has both oscillating and pulsating cleaning technology, you can alter the speed settings to suit and the battery is rechargeable so no need to be continuously forking out for new batteries.
I have found that in the few weeks of using it my teeth definitely feel cleaner than ever before and seem to stay that way longer too, I guess this is...

Disadvantages: none for me
...an informed decision. As with all things in life everyone has their own view and opinion and if everyone liked the same things what a dull place the world would be,so even though its my brand of choice a step into the electric toothbrush market is a step up from the ineffective manual variety.
The product-
The Braun Oral B 5000 is a rechargeable electric toothbrush that has both an oscillating and pulsating action,a timer mechanism and rechargeable base for recharging from a suitable Two pin shaver point sited in the majority of bathrooms throughout the land. You will also get one brush head included so you can get up and running from initial purchase.
What do you get in the Box?
Well as we detailed above you get the toothbrush itself which is a nice clinical white with a grey area which is...

SIMON COWELL - LOOK OUT!
Advantages: Great gadget, cleans your teeth and so much more.
Disadvantages: Can't think of any right now.
...ORAL B PROFESSIONAL CARE 9900 TRIUMPH DELUXE
We (me and my boyfriend) used to have a normal Braun Oral-B electric toothbrush. It lasted us 9+ years. Just before Christmas it started 'playing up'. It started with the battery charging light not lighting up when it was placed on charge. Then it would only work if I banged it against the side of the sink!! It was definitely time for a new one, but, it didn't enter my head to get one! Then surprise surprise, I had one for Christmas! Not the best Christmas present, in fact, some might take it as an insult, but not me, I was quite chuffed - nothing like a new gadget for Christmas!
But, this electric toothbrush wasn't just a normal electric toothbrush - this one had extras, it was a real gadget and not one for my boyfriend to play with - one for me! (Although he did have to come...

Show your teeth you really love them......
Advantages: Rechargeable, indicator when to change the brush head, smart design,
Disadvantages: heads dont fit the older style of brush, toothbrush heads are expensive
...The Braun DLX toothbrush is the toothbrush of the moment, with its oscillating brush it doesnt only clean your teeth but massages your gums aswell! (Who could ask for more)
The recharable base unit looking stylish and modern, adds a touch of style to anyones bathroom.
This brush has far more features than the older models and to try and give you teeth the extensive treatment every morning would mean long queues outside the bathroom!
It includes a function for natural whitening and polishing, which is guanteed within 21 days! - i havent got that far yet so will have to get back to you on that one - but if while your out at night and you see some intense white teeth comming towards you it would be me!!
New features to the brush includes:
An LCD screen to track the amount of battery llife in your brush to make sure that you...

...BRAUN ORAL-B TRIUMPH PROFESSIONAL CARE 9900 TOOTHBRUSH
My last toothbrush was an Oral-B 3D toothbrush that was 5 years old and in need of replacing. So I decided to be kind to my teeth and get the best that technology could offer.
CONTENDERS
I started looking for a new one before Christmas. There were two contenders, both top of the range offerings from the two market leaders: Braun's Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9900 with SmartGuide (rrp £140) and the Philips Sonicare Flexcare 9600 HX6982 with UV Sanitiser (rrp £180). I thought about buying the Sonicare Flexcare but I was put off by their brush heads, which are larger size and cost 50% more than Braun's, and the amount of toothbrushing foam that other users have reported. I decided that either would give my teeth a great clean and went with the cheaper Oral-B.

braun oral b
Advantages: simple to use, and a good clean
Disadvantages: none to report
...having previously purchased a braun electric toothbrush before i was more than happy to stay faithfull to the braun brand, i found this toothbrush very good and felt as though i had had a trip to the dentist when i first used it! also very strong which is really important simply because of the daily use it receives. The replacement brush heads are also very reasonable when you compare them to the other toothbrushes that are available: Overall this is a good purchase if your looking for something more than your average and to be sure of a good clean, i would be happy to reccomend this to my friends if they was looking to purchase an electric toothbrush, sometimes to decide on electrical appliances can prove to be tricky at times but this would be the most simple of decisions, in my opinion....

Lick Your Mouth into Shape!!!!!
Advantages: Great All Rounder!!!
Disadvantages: None
...for once would take the Dentist's advice and was scanning over all the different electric toothbrushes and there were loads.
I approached an assistant and eventually after being shown the pro's and con's of all the different models parted with a huge £129.99 for the Braun 9500 DLX as it sounded the best and of course the assistant said it was top of the range this had me I like my high end good's. (Yes I know they not always the best but in this case it was.) I took home my new toothbrush and got screamed at by my wife for spending so much on a bloody toothbrush as my wife put it. This toothbrush when I opened it up did everything from basic tooth cleaning to flossing and polishing I had reasoned that to get a polish at the Dentist was £35 a time so £129.99 to be able to do this when I want was not bad. Below I will list everything I...
