Advantages: Healthier way to fry food
Disadvantages: none for me

...fryers are much more crunchy and golden however as fried in fat much less healthy even if you soak out the excess fat onto kitchen roll. Bearing this in mind and the fact that I adore potatoes from our local farm shop, I can buy a large sack bag for £7 or half bag for £3 which is fantastic as they are dug up straight from the fields and the bag is recyclable!
