Advantages: great location, cheap, nice rooms, excellent food

Advantages: Easy to get too!
Disadvantages: Very busy in the Summer!

Fact is along the south coast of England there seem to be very few these days that aren?t damaged by fire or vandalism with the pier in Hastings being the most recent casualty of arsonists.
