Advantages: Well thought out and good gaming rules

Advantages: newly refurbed room, brilliant bath and shower, price

...Well my second weekend in Brumopolis passed with little excitement, which was something of a relief. The hotel on this occasion was booked through laterooms.com (see previous review) and was the Britannia in the city centre, it cost me £47 for a double room bed only, a friend also staying the same night paid £42 for a single. Arriving at the train station my previous visits 'beer compass' directions sent me for a walk around the outside of the train station but from the exit through the shopping centre it is literally a walk of a minute at most (note to self shoving through groups of football fans is a bad idea). Advantages: Strong, full of flavour and well balanced beer
Disadvantages: May be too strong for some

Advantages: On time, not bad for a holiday airline

...Britannia Airways are one of the biggest package holiday airlines in Britain and most of their passengers are customers of Thomson Holidays. We go Thomson most years when off on our summer hols so I?ve used Britannia a several times now. I?ll be honest from the start, Britannia are not a patch on British Airways. But it is unfair to compare the two airlines as Britannia operate on a much tighter budget than British Airways. If you compare the amount of money you pay for a seat on British Airways and the amount Thomson pay for your seat on Britannia I am sure there will be a big difference. Ruddy Britannia!

Advantages: Cheap flight, no delays, clean plane
Disadvantages: Flight attendents, food was awful, do not have scheduled flights

...Flew with Britannia from Gatwick to Orlando a while ago and the memory of the trip still wrangles! We had an early flight which wasn't a problem. Arrived well in advance of the take off time and had the usual delay with checkin. The checkin staff were gestapo like in their hunt for items not on the "acceptable" list. I presented my tickets, handed over my luggage and started the process of checking in. Now came the fun part. I had assumed (rightly or wrongly) that if we were on a long haul flight, we would be on a larger plane. I have called the airline in advance to check what size plane we were going on. I had specifically asked prior to booking and also during the booking period if it would be at least a DC10 or similar and hopefully if would be would a jumbo. "Yes" came the reply. ...This year me and my husband went to Benidorm for 2 weeks, and we flew out with britannia airline. I've flown with other airlines before and this is the first time that i have been with britannia. The flight to Benidorm and back home again was on time, which i was glad as half the time they are usually late when i've been away on holiday. The air hostesses were very polite when boarding the plane, chatting and smiling. usually when setting off you get a hard boiled sweet, but we didn't get one this time, but we had some sweets with us anyway. Also didn't get a hot cloth when you had finished your meal either, but didn't really need one anyway. Thye good thing was the food. I thought I'd write a quick review of the experiences I have had with the airline. I have never experienced a late departure with this airline! We (Mum, Dad, Me + Mate) usually book with Britannia online. This saves a lot of hassle and speeds the whole process up. The website (www.britanniadirect.com) is very easy to use and gives you all the options you would expect to receive and more. The best advantage about booking online with them is every passenger receives a £20 discount from their holiday. Advantages: Fast Reliable Rescue Service

...I have been a member of BRITANNIA RESCUE for the last ten years. I have had new cars in the last ten years until August last year when my Skoda Octavia was written off following an RTA and had never needed BRITANNIA RESCUE's services. In November my brother gave me a Vauxhall Astra (F Reg). The car has not been particularly reliable and has broken down several times. I managed to coax the engine back into life on several of these occaisions (I used to repair and rebuild the cars I had while I was in the Air Force). On four seperate occaisions I could do nothing with the car (ignition parts had failed or battery had gone flat).
