BNibbles Can't Come To The Phone Right Now

The BT Verve 450 Twin was what we bought, although I see from subsequent price searches, we 'were done' by Currys having been charged the full BT RRP of nigh-on 80 quid and during a January sale to boot. Good Looking Phones that do the Job

My first pick was a BT diversity set but the views on Ciao were all bad so I kept looking, The Verve 450 series caught my eye next because of its good look (glossy black finish)and feel (substantial weight and size) so after taking a careful look at the features and testing out the feel of the thing I took a chance and bought it,and Im pleased I did. ...Bt home hub is an innovative idea to bring together all computers, phones, faxes etc through one small box. It can also be connected to your answering machine and house alarm systems. It allows you to have a wireless connection to broadband through a USB connection that you put into your computer. Although the instruction booklet you get with it is full of technical language there is easy to follow pictures, so even if your rubbish with technology you should be able to set it up by yourself. They do have technical support should you require it. You can access broadband in many places throughout the UK and Ireland. ...From our experience with BT they seem to have a policy of treating customers with utter contempt. Since we had our BT line installed last summer we've had constant problems with the phone line. About 5-6 times the line has cut off, gone completely dead. Even when it was working there was constant interference on the line. Calling BT (very expensive if you're forced to use a mobile) usually takes the best part of an hour to get through to a human being, at which point they will tell you there's nothing wrong with the line and it must be your fault. Eventually (after having been put through to countless different people) they agree to send someone out to fix it.. but we're usually left without a working phone for a week, there is no apology or explanation for why the line was cut off in the first place, and no refund for the money they...

The verve live on

Advantages: Great songs

...Richard Ashcroft knew exactly how I felt about things in life, like he sat in my head and just picked those thoughts out. It is the soundtrack of my life, and I recommend it to anyone who is curious about The Verve, or those who have been long time fans. I'll admit that I think "History" is the greatest song they've ever done, but with this album, I love every song, and that is rare for me. I still sometimes get sad whenever I hear "One Day." This album has songs that one can totally jam to, and songs that can bring you to tears five minutes later. My absolute favourite on the album though is "Weeping Willow." I don't exactly know why, but "the pills under my pillow, weeping willow, the gun under your pillow" part totally gets to me.
