Bud Abbott and Lou Costello are working at a train station as baggage handlers when a very odd looking character gets off the train and offers them extras cash to get his cases and trunks up to a scary and deserted house way out in the middle of nowhere. The boys take the bags and crates up to the mansion only to discover that it is actually Dracula and Frankenstein. Dracula wants to swap Lous brain and put it into Frankenstein!
