A big box of data outside of my PC

Advantages: fast, high capacity, looks good, reliable, easy to use
Disadvantages: it makes my other drives look bad

...There comes a time when you need to get an external hard drive, after all there is a limit to how many internal ones you can attach to a motherboard (varies, normally about 3). I personally use a lot of drive space, going into the terabytes, so every now and then I have to attach a new external HD. This time I bought this one, and I am quite happy with it. An important feature that the DriveStation fulfills is that it looks nice. Its more important than manufacturers often think, as first impressions are often lasting impressions - and the first impression I got from this was professional and ruthlessly efficient. The 500GB is generous considering it only cost me £100 or so, which is pretty damn good for external drives. 500GB will last me a good couple of months, then I reckon I will go and buy myself another of these beasts...

...buffalo springfield is the debut album from the rock and roll hall of famers, featuring folk rock giants stephen stills and neil young. this album features an ecletic mix of 12 tracks including the famous 'for what its worth'. the rest of the songs are perhaps not as instantly recognisable but in general the quality of the songs is very good. there is a good mix between laid back folk-rock such as 'hot dusty roads', 'out of my mind' and 'do i have to come right out and say it' to the frenetic blues of 'leave' and everything in between. lyrically this album is very good as all the songs are either stills or young originals and the musicianship is very solid if not groundbreaking. stephen stills exerts the most influence on this album, taking lead vocals or lead guitar on the majority of tracks. Much to my surprise there were a few good ones up there, so I picked 3 that I had seen/wanted to see, and 2 "fillers" that I hadn't actually heard of before, "The Negotiator" and "Buffalo '66". Little did I know what a good find this last one would be. The Review Buffalo '66 is a film from 1998 which is directed by, acted in and score composed by, Vincent Gallo. The LG Cookie KP500 is a good quality, touchscreen mobile

Advantages: Very good value for money, good build quality, good touchscreen, decent (3mp) camera
Disadvantages: Battery life (and meter) is not very good, camera does not have flash, limited games and apps

...I have had this mobile for about 7 months so far. It has been (one of the) best mobiles I have bought. It was very good value for money and the build quality is very good (although for some reason the pink version is more 'plasticky' than the black one). The features on the mobile are what you would expect on a mobile in the price range of the KP500; not too bad but could do with more applications and games. I have however had to send it back once for repair because of a software problem; whenever I went to the music player the mobile froze. This was solved by a firmware update. The 3 inch (not too big, not too small) touchscreen is also very good for what it cost; it is responsive but not as good as the iPhone. Another problem is the battery life. It drains rather quickly and the battery meter does not work very well. It will stay...

Advantages: Good Size, Brilliant Value, High Quality, Sturdy, Easy to Erect

...I purchased my Vango Venture 500 towards the end of 2006. For the bargain price of £85.00 and I haven't looked back since! Numourus camping trips have bee happily spent in this tent and it will see many more! The frame consists of 2 large poles crossing over to make the main dome, and a 3rd smaller pole creating a loop for the porch area. Once erect, with all pegs and guide ropes in place the tent is extremely strong and stable. We have camped in strong winds and strong rain and it has stood strong throughout. As long as there are two of you, erecting the tent is a swift and easy process. Funnily enough you tend to erect it faster when its raining! And packing it back into the bag is an art the first time but you tend to remember how to do it from then onwards and it's easy enough. When packaged, the tent is relatively heavy...
