The king of burgers?

Advantages: Good food, quality

...I admit that for some reason, I seem to be addicted to everything that I shouldn't be. I have tried & failed to have an addiction to fruit and vegetables, so I have settled for my addiction to chocolate and junk food, and convince myself that when I go to somewhere like Burger King, because of the lettuce etc on burgers, it is actually healthy! Burger King is possibly the only chain restaurant where I have found the taste of products to be consistent. Every Burger King I've been in, apart from one in Scotland, has tasted the same, which I like, as I know then what I'm getting when I order it! Burger King is slightly more expensive than other similar fast food places, but in my opinion, slightly better. a meal costs aprox £4, but there is the options to have meals as regular, large or supersize, which comes with what looks like...

...OK I have seen that there are a lot of other opinions on Burger King already, but I just couldn't resist having my say. The King of Burger Bars

Advantages: great burgers,
Disadvantages: the staff are a bit silly sometimes and mess around with their collegues and waste your time

...It has to be said that Burger King beats all the high street burger bars in my book. Their burgers are flame grilled, they are juicy and tender and they are huge in size.What more could you want from a burger. They fill them with salad and mayonaise and you can even have one made especially for you if you do not want something in them like myself. I am not keen on raw onion so I always ask them for a whopper without onion and I get a freshly made one. My burger is also always piping hot when I receive it. Another good thing about Burger King is I am always full from my meal, where as if I went to the Wimpy or McDonalds I always need an extra burger to fill me up. The reason I generally like Burger King more is their Burgers are much more filling and tasty. I am not a McDonalds fan or any other burger place fan for that...

It is kinda tasty at Burger King

...Where I live, unfortunately the Burger King closed down because it wasn't on the best retail park in town and slightly out of the way. It was either have a choice of many including McDonalds, Subway, Pizza Hut, KFC or travel a little to the nearest Burger King, and unfortunately not many people did which forced the diner to close. However on a little journey and stopping at the Moto services on the way, it turns out that the fast food available was Burger King. Not having one for absolutely ages but remembering that they semed to taste better than McDonalds we decided to take the plunge and opt for fast food. You never really have queues at these places in service stations so we were able to walk up to the counter straight away and get served efficiently. Disadvantages: busy at peak times

...I use Burger king as an alternative to Macdonalds sometimes if its to busy. The burgers are tasty, but i often find there is too much dressing etc on them. The fries are really nice and crispy too. The good thing is there are value meals which come as a set price so you dont need to order it all seperately!! They also do kids meals which come with a toy, however I find the toys from Burger king are not as good as the Macdonalds toys, but the kids seem happy enough. It also becomes extremely busy at peak times, so avoid these if possible...

...Generally if I am going to eat fast food, which isnt that often, then I will go to BK. This week however, I had a bad experience specifically with the one in Picidilly Gardens in Manchester. After ordering my food I had to wait nearly ten minutes for it to be served to me. They werent particularly busy at the time, and I put it down to them making fresh burgers. When it did finally arrive, there was nowhere for us to sit, which was annoying because they have a massive area of with no tables and chairs which looks more like a dancefloor than anything else. ...I like visiting Burger King once in a while it is a good place to eat out, and if you want a Whopper meal you get your money’s worth for £3.99 you will get a burger, fries and soft drink. I think it’s good value, and it certainly fills you up. I like the customer service provided, when I bought my chips were a bit cold, so I told them and they gave me a full refund and new chips. I was quite impressed because I can remember when I asked them in MacDonalds they didn’t seem that keen and they didn’t give me new ones. However, the prices are not the same everywhere so you me be charged a little less or a little extra. ...Burger King are suffering from some bad press right now. Most of it stems from unfortunate Kids Club meal gifts, as they have given unsafe Pokemon toys out in the US, and CD ROMs in the UK that contain links to 200 of the most graphic porn sites on the web (yes, they have been withdrawn). This poor publicity is unfortunate because as fast food joints go, BK isn’t so bad. The burgers are flame grilled over a gas barbeque to give a better flavour than frying, and the salad toppings are generally fresher than you will find elsewhere. Burger King caters for vegetarians providing both the Spicy Bean burger it inherited from Wimpy, and the Veggie Wopper, which tastes a little like cardboard, but is a nice gesture.
