Siemens C45 - Ageless Mobile?

Advantages: Small comfortable to use, robust, ageless design.
Disadvantages: Nothing to warrent mentioning here

...The Siemens C45 is getting a bit long in the tooth as far as mobile phone technology is concerned, but seeing that my wife and I have had over 3 years of trouble free service out of two C45s, I thought I would do a review. In my view Siemens are to be congratulated on this phone. Before I got the C45, I had one of the early pay-as-you-go vodaphones from Tesco - remember those? Anyway, one day I was getting into the car and didn't notice that I'd dropped my phone on the road and reversed over it. It still worked OK but the slot to plug the charger in was completely smashed. So a new phone it had to be and off I went to the Vodaphone shop in Cardiff. Siemens C45 - A good phone

...“Be inspired” – Quite a clever little slogan Siemens use for their phones, but I think it is very well put. They have chosen a great snappy little title and it suits their phones very well. Siemens C45. A little wonderland.

Advantages: Its size and layout on the screen
Disadvantages: Its not a Nokia

...Siemens C45 would be recommended to any buyers. When you see it you automatically think professional, and the front of the phone shows off its class. Siemens is a major phone company so you know that you will get your moneys worth from any of their phones. ~Messages~ The C45 gives you the ability to send and recieve SMS text messages. But the only disadvantage is that you can only store up to 10 messages maximum between both the Inbox and Outbox Writing a text message is easy, and with its predictive text it makes it much quicker. C45. The phone packed with features

Advantages: Small and Lightweight
Disadvantages: Not good for fat fingers!

...For those of you that may have read my opinion on the Ericsson A1018s mobile phone, I have now traded in 'the brick' and purchased a brand new, state of the art Siemens C45. The phone is small (4" x 1.5"), don’t know what that is in new money!. Currently I am connected to the Vodaphone network and have so far found the reception to be of extremely good quality. The 'standby' time for the C45 is 300 hours, with a talk time of 200 minutes. Three games are built into the phone, although it's not a good idea to play these, as they are very addictive!! WAP is also included with this phone, although I personally have found it very difficult to use. Perhaps more helpful instructions regarding WAP access could have been included with the phone. Another downside is that perhaps the buttons are a little too close...

...In the new era of mobile phones is difficult to survive for a long time. That?s why Siemens C45 will shortly just be a simple memory of how good phones used to be. It has been sharing a year and a half of my life, not bad to be a mobile, so I have learnt some things about it. For people like me that often see their phones falling to the ground is a quite useful phone, but not just the phone, is the make which produce quite resistant phones, Siemens does very well on that field. Moreover, nowadays, with the new photography technology mobile phones seem to enlarge again and it is then when Siemens C45 recovers its breath to go on surviving thanks to the advantage that gives him the fact it is quite tiny. I think it has the right size, smaller phones get me upset as you loose then more frequently and you even have problems to dial or right...

...Well, I have only had this product a few weeks, I decided to purchase one when both my husband and me started working to try and make it easier for us, with two kids to wash up after also it is a lot of work to do. So off to curry's I went and had a look round, I found the Bosch SGS45C02GB at £242 I thought it was a bargain, I also got free home delivery and it was under warranty for 2 years. The dishwasher offers 4 programmes and 3 temperature settings, which is great for each individual meal, if it's a light meal then a low temp, but if a messy meal then a higher temp. I have used the dishwasher on a low temp and a high temp and each time it has done a good wash. HC 45 Does it help?

Disadvantages: only suitable for mild irritations

...over the counter. I decided to try them first. I used HC 45 and it seemed to work so this is what I am going to review. HC 45 contains the active ingredient hydrocortisone which is used to reduce inflammation. Inflammation happens due to irritation of the skin, and is caused by the release of various substances that are important in the immune system. These substances cause blood vessels to widen, resulting in the irritated area becoming red, swollen, itchy and painful. When hydrocortisone is applied to the skin it apparently works by acting inside the skin cells to decrease the inflamation reducing the itchiness etc. This is why it should not be used long term as it can cause the skin to thin. HC 45 can also be used on insect bites, but in any case it recommends that it is not used for more than seven consecutive days. Now...

As Easy As Shredding Money?

Advantages: Does the job
Disadvantages: Doesn't shred 6 pages as stated, very noisey, can't cope with credit cards

...but I feel that you need to consider: 1) How much are you going to be using it? 2) What volume of paper are you going to be subjecting it to? 3) Is it just paper you want to shred or is it staples and CD?s too? 4) How much are you willing to spend? All things considered we set our budget at around £40 (as that seems to be the price of most decent shredders these days) and we took ourselves down to Staples. We wanted a shredder that would be able take around 4 sheets of paper at a time because we tend to let our paper build up before using the shredder and we wanted something that we could put staples into as well. E45 - Great for the Skin

Advantages: Moisturises, Nourishes, Smoothens, Softens, Good value for money
Disadvantages: If you like products with some sort of scent, this is not one of them

...I started using E45 when a friend of mine had it when we were still in school and prone to all sorts of pimples during our teens:) I have since continued using it (albeit on and off) as I felt the product really worked and is very effective on dry skin. E45 Dermatological cream comes in various sized all-white jars with the words E45 in white within a big blue caption and you cannot miss it on the shelves with other skin care products. You can get E45 in most Boots and Superdrug stores and pharmacies or supermarkets; It retails from about £2.50 for the smaller sized jar to £6 for the larger 500ml jars, you can get some of those with pumps too for easy application. The product itself is a white cream with a smooth texture, it has no fragrance and is unperfumed and hypo-allergenic. E45 contains 'Water, Petrolatum, Isopropyl Palmitate...
