Advantages: Small, lightweight Disadvantages: Robustness problems, lack of features that work, battery life degradation, limited reception quality
...I bought the Siemens C25 phone just a little over a year ago. I suppose I was drawn in a little by the TV adverts. The reality however after a year of usage is the realisation that, yes the C25 is a small compact and generally effective unit. I have begun to notice quite a few limtations when compared to other brands used by my family and friends. First the battery cover began falling off only after a few months and then finally broke off. This was remedied however by purchasing a cover case. The list of features on the phone is quite impressive with extensive messaging services. The only drawback with these messaging features is simple. They don't work correctly, and my supplier and Siemens have both failed to identify when they will be operable. The reception quality is also dubious. I have been stood right next to a friend who has...

Review of Siemens C25
Advantages: Trendy, economical phone Disadvantages: No SMS ID
...The C25 is a very smart small phone and for todays prices, very good value for money. The functions are very easy to use, with symbols across the top of the screen representing the different options. This phone is availabe on prepay, with orange, my favourite tariff. With very cheap calls to land lines and other orange phones, this is a very good phone for the off-peak user, like myself. This is a popular phone among students, as it is a trendy phone, and can now be bought at about £40.
There is one bad point about this phone for me, that is incoming SMS do not show the name of the sender. However I have got around this problem and if you would like to know how, mail me: andytalbot9@yahoo.com...

Review of Siemens C25
...Do you remember the bad advert on the TV for this phone? It had a real dodgy bloke on it with a funny hat who thought he was a bit of a DJ.It also had his "girl" on it dancing around with a jumper that was too big for her.I reckons the latest tunes are coming out of his C25. Im sorry but its a nice phone but that ring is never going to be No.1 in the charts is it? Its a super phone though. I recommmend getting one as it has loads of features. Just dont have it on that ring from the advert or girls will come up to you in long sleeved jumpers and start dancing up you like a pole in a nightclub. Well if thats the case, on second thoughts...........

Review of Siemens C25
Advantages: See Opinion. Disadvantages: See Opinion
...Mobile phones.....There’s so many to choose from there’s the trouble free Nokia the Fiddly Ericsson and the Siemens which cant be described any other way from boring. Well this is a complete exception. The C25 isn’t boring in any shape or form. I bought the C25 because it looks such a fun phone at a reasonable price.
I first owned a Siemens S6 which is a brick. I owned the S6 about 2-3 year ago and proved trouble free. I choose siemens as it was recommended by carphone warehouse and all the phones were the same back then.
The siemens C25 was one of the best handsets on the market apart from the common Nokias. I paid about £59.95 on the orange just talk tariff. I think it was good value for money like most Siemens models.
Battery wise the phone scores nowhere as near to the Nokia 402 but performs...

Review of Siemens C25
Advantages: Small, light Disadvantages: plasticcy, not intuitive
...My Savvy died on me beep beep it went and waved goodbye with it’s little pixilated hand, it’s enough to bring a tear to my eye…. Actually the charger was broken and the nice lady at the mobile phone shop is fixing for me right now, woe betide them if they don’t get it right, I’ll be writing a stiff review and then they’ll be sorry, Consumer Power!!! (Actually since they took the phone and since I wrote this first paragraph I got a phone call, it seems there is a problem with the repair, I can already feel my bile rising…..)
So to prove just how nice the lady was she gave me a Siemens C25 to love in the place of my Savvy, I wasn’t actually too impressed to be honest, it looked boxy and a bit plastic, not as nice as my blue Savvy. But it was very light and to be honest its not actually...

Review of Siemens C25
Advantages: It's small, light weight and nice looking. You can also write your own ring tones onto it! Disadvantages: No games, and hasn't got a changable fascia. But that's it!
...If you want a lightweight, groovy phone that comes in a range of colours, then this one's for you. The Siemans C25 is a great little phone, which although is small has a large screen and it's buttons are still easy to manage. There are 20 ring tones on it, but if you're not satisfied with that, you can write your own! It's best if you know a bit of music beforehand, though. I currently have The Simpsons' theme tune on mine. Although this phone is lacking in games and a changable cover, I still chose it over any other phone (and believe me, I did research) because it's brilliant. A big thumbs up for the Seimans C25 - I'd recommend it....

Review of Siemens C25
Advantages: Nice and neat, lots of different ring tones, great first time buyers phone, easy to use Disadvantages: I dont think you can use these phone tones that you download off the internet (I might be wrong though)
...I have never really wanted to own a mobile phone, mainly due to the health scares, etc, but I was bought a Siemens C25 as a gift for christmas, and I have to say its a lovely little phone. It is very easy to use (so makes a great First time buy).
It has lots of useful features, like 18 different ringer tones, and also has a facility so you can compose your own tunes (but i warn you, you need a decent music brain for this function LOL).
Another good feature on this phone, is the VIP Dial, which allows you to give certain people certain ringer-tones so you know who it is phoning by the tone.
It has a standby battery life of 100 hours, and 5 hours Talk-time.
It is a very small and neat phone which makes it very handy to carry around, and it is very light, but despite its small size and lightness, it look a very solid and strong...

Review of Siemens C25
...The Siemens C25 holds a secret, a dark secret. In fact the Siemens C25 holds many dark secrets, all along the lines of the identity of anyone who sends it a text message. Sure, it tells you the phone number of the sender but how many mobile numbers do you know off the top of your head? Other mobiles have no problem displaying the sender's name if they are stored in your phone book yet this is sadly too much for my little C25. So if I'm sent a text message that isn't signed (and most of my friends are this lazy) I'm left in the position of trawling through either my memory or my phone book in a effort to work out who has sent the latest 140 characters of 'hiya'. (As unfortunately most of my friends write quite random messages I'm normally clueless)
Anyway, controversial as it may be mobile phones aren't all about text messages...
