Kodak C330 Easyshare Camera for beginners

...For so long, too long, I had wanted to start selling on Ebay but there always seemed to be something stopping me. In the first place it was because I had no credit or debit card; which I finally got a couple of weeks ago. Then I needed a camera so whilst out shopping last week I went into a pharmacy and noticed the photography department. I asked the assistant which camera would be suitable for a beginner. I could see she didn't really have a clue and picked the nearest one up. It turned out to be the Kodak Easyshare C330 Digital Camera with zoom. I was actually, quite lucky as for some reason it was on special offer for that week alone and I got it for £49.99. It came with a free set of batteries a carrier case and I bought a camera memory card. As soon as I got it home I opened it all up and started to take pictures...

Advantages: Easy to use Menu, Great Quality Photos, 5 x Digital Zoom, Fab Kodak Software
Disadvantages: Batteries don't last very long!

.... Summing Up ------------------ In summary I think if you are a bit of a technophobe like myself this is the camera for you. It's not really slim like some others but I prefer it a bit chunkier and it's still small enough to take in you handbag for a night out and takes great photos that create happy memories :-) Advantages ----------------- Fab easy to use menu, not too technical, good quality photos, 5 x digital zoom. Comes with fab Kodak software where you can crop and edit photos. Disadvantages ---------------------- Batteries go too quickly!! Prices --------- I bought mine from Dixons for about £90 but the prices seem to vary quite a lot. When I had a look on the web they seem to range from £49 to £173.99 so do shop around!! Great for beginners........not so good for experts

...Olympus. In fact the only one that seemed to be of adequate dimensions in terms of size and weight was the Kodak EasyShare C330. This one weighs, according to the Kodak website, 160 g (without AA batteries) and its Width, Height and Depth are 91.9, 65.3 and 35.3 mm respectively. I looked in all these retail outlets but Boots at the time of purchasing seemed to have the best package for this model. If I bought the camera from here, I would get all the usual USB, CD ROM, standard AA batteries, 16MB SD card plus a Kodak camera case and an extra 32MB SD card, money off vouchers and some free prints from their kiosk. I also gained 500 bonus advantage card points, from buying this, all for £99.99 (at the time of purchase). Price is well within my budget and sounds like it meets my requirements. Kodak Easyshare coming into port

Advantages: Good pictures, compact, lots of features, docking printer produces excellent quality pictures, cheap
Disadvantages: Batteries drain quickly, delay in taking photos

...'ve caught the photography bug, and even more pleased that I chose to invest in the Kodak Easyshare C330 because it is easy to use, produces great pictures and is compatible with the docking station so I can print my own pictures. I just wish I owned a battery factory because this camera drinks the juice....

...i got the C330 camera with the series 3 printer dock as a christmas present and was very keen to get it out the box and start snapping, especially with 3 excited children on christmas morning. As im not very good when it comes to using new electronics i was pretty unsure about how best to make use of the features this camera offered with my only other camera being the one on my mobile phone. Once i had a quick browse through the instruction manual, and uploaded it onto my pc, I was ready to go and i was very pleased with the picture quality and ease of use of the camera. Although 4m pixels is not the highest number available it is certainly enough for my needs and the camera is not certainly not basic in terms of the features available.
