==Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Gameplay==

Advantages: Compared to the first modern warfare they have added driving in the story and its more detailed.
Disadvantages: To be honest, besides a few environmental graphics, it looks to be the shooter of the decade.

...Call of Duty Modern warfare 2 looks amazing if you?re a halo freak you will fall in love with this first person shooter. It's very detailed. They even switched the map to the screen on your gun unlike any game I have seen before. As far as if you just want to buy the game, and not go online to play, the story line features are so much better. You can even drive on this epic 1st person shooter. The disadvantages to this game as far as I can see are only a few visual slumps like every once in awhile a car will not look as realistic but everything else is wonderful. If you?re looking for a gift for a gamer or just want to try an epic 1st person shooter then this is the game for you....

Review of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360)

Call of Duty modern warfare 2 Worth it???

Advantages: Brilliant graphics, very good onine multiplayer, nice features added which orignal did not have.
Disadvantages: quite a complex storyline

...The most eagerly anticipated game of the year, possibly even the decade. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is a first person shooter available on the most popular games consoles. Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. the game is rated 18 and for good reason. Many scenes throughout the campaign mode of the game I personaly found quite disturbing, however this would not put me off buying the game. one level in particular where you pose as a terrorist, and with your gang walk around an Airport shooting civillians. you do however get the choice to skip this level when you load up the game. I would not recomend that you buy this game for your child, or anyone under the 18 year age recommendation. Despite the few disturbing levels you cannot deny the incredible graphics and gameplay that Activision have managed to create in the amzaing game...

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

Advantages: online multiplayer
Disadvantages: it has a relativly short campaign

...this game is the best 1st person shooter ive ever played on,its very addictive due to the game being having such good gameplay which really keeps you stuck to the screen. The campaign has many more features which are incredibly cool. The same characters as Call of Duty 4 gives the gamer a close relationship with the character as you think you know them. One of the best features of this game is defiantly the online multiplaye. Its even more addictive than call of duty 4 and 5. there are so many new features in the new multiplayer including kill streaks and death streaks, which are brilliant .This game is for all online gamers from 'noobs' to 'pros', and its defiantly worth getting this christmas...

Review of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360)

Call of duty Modern Warfare 2 is the best in the seires so far

Advantages: Addictive game play,Graphics are brilliant,Multiplayer is very good,Extra special ops missions
Disadvantages: Campaign is very short,The story line is hard to follow

... Introduction Call of duty Modern Warfare 2 is the sequel to the original Modern Warfare game. It has been one of the most hyped games of the year 2009; it lives up to the hype in my opinion. Pros and Cons Pros Addictive game play Graphics are brilliant It uses a brand new engine called IW 4.0 Lots of variations in game play such as climbing up a snowy mountain and riding on snow mobiles. Hundreds of weapons to choose and use Multiplayer is very good Extra special ops missions Cons Campaign is very short The story line is hard to follow In certain game types in online multiplayer on the Xbox version IW disabled the party chat feature (This may be put back in) My opinion Campaign and Story line Modern Warfare 2?s storyline has received a lot of controversy because of the in game level...

Review of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360)

Call of Duty

Advantages: Crisp graphics, nice ranking system, good online modes
Disadvantages: None seen yet from early preview

...very nice with other nice touches too like on a grassy map you have a grassy camoflauge which works very nicely and adds to the realism. The controls work very well to, im not a big fan of using the controller for FPS however i found it very easy to manuever, and as standard there is the sensitivity customization which helps. The only thing i didnt like was how you had to click the stick whilst pushing it forward to run, but thats my personal opinion. Im not personally a big fan of the Call of Duty series but i have to give it to this game....

Review of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Xbox 360)

Call Of Duty 4

Advantages: Immense individual, multiplayer and online gameplay
Disadvantages: Could be more missions

...This is one of the greatest games ever made, and in my opinion the greatest game for online gamplay that exists. The missions are compelling and excellent, and the graphics are unbelievable. The best part of the game is the Xbox Live gameplay (for Xbox 360) and is really addictive (I know of people who have clocked up over 30 days of Call Of Duty 4 online gameplay) and is especially fun if you play with your friends as you can compare stats like most kills and most points etc. The game is so popular that the price is still reasonably high (between £30 and £40) which is a credit to Activision as they really have exceeded expectations with this revolutionary game. The sound effects are incredible, and the noise of the gunshot is so convincing and realistic it can feel like your actually near gunfire. I would recommend however...

Review of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Xbox 360)

Call of Duty 40

Advantages: Same Brilliant game
Disadvantages: Same Brilliant game

...Regardless of how good the game is, I am still stuck with a criticism I always seem to make of these games - they are too short. You will complete it in ~4 - 5 hours if you have any experience with first person shooters. And since the games are extremely scripted, replaying them means encountering the same battles fought the same way time and again - in other words there is little inherent replay value outside of multiplayer. But don't mistake those concerns with a significant criticism - even if you never launch multiplayer, you will complete the single player campaign and feel totally satisfied with the experience. This is an amazing game and one of the best shooters this year - in a fall crowded with other excellent shooters it deserves your attention and hard-earned dollars. In our review of Call of Duty 2 we noted that it...

Review of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Xbox 360)

Answering the Call (of duty, not nature)

Advantages: Some truly epic moments
Disadvantages: Shooting gallery mechanics occasionally grate

...There's a moment in Modern Warfare where I realised Infinity Ward had utterly nailed the metamorphosis of Call of Duty. Playing as a U.S. Marine and staggering from the flaming ruins of a downed chopper, I fell and breathed my last toxic breaths surveying a scene of desolate post-nuclear destruction. This interlude was entirely for dramatic effect, you see, and on its own would have been a pretty awesome moment for any FPS. Yet it was something else which made this a uniquely refreshing inclusion for a game in the genre: the Americans were partly to blame. Freed from the shackles of historical accuracy and the respectful obligation to glorify Allied war heroes of yesteryear, Call of Duty expertly exploits its modern-day licence to portray war the way it should be: ugly, visceral, and at times morally ambiguous. Playing the split role...

Review of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Xbox 360)

Call of Duty 4: Can you hear it?

Advantages: Fantastic Graphics, Brilliant gameplay, The Sniper Mission
Disadvantages: To short.

...*NB This is a repost. I have added details about multiplayer on X - Box live.* I am a massive fan of first person shooters but for some reason I haven't really had much to do with the Call of Duty series. I own Call of Duty 2 for X - Box but wasn't really that impressed to be honest with you. Compared to Brothers in Arms and Medal of Honour I found Call of Duty 2 to be far to easy and although the concept of following the 1st Division through the war was interesting I found there was far to little story line. Additionally the levels were basic and over to quickly. So when a friend offered to trade Call of Duty 4 for Halo 3 (which I had played to death by that point) I was a bit apprehensive. But I went for it anyway and I was pleasantly surprised. In COD 4 you take on the roles of Soap Mctavish, newly selected SAS trooper...

Review of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Xbox 360)

Call Of Duty 4 EXCELLENT!!

Advantages: perfect shooter everything is good
Disadvantages: slight lag occasionally online, host leaving the game (online)

...This game, what shall i say. The best game in 2007, without a doubt. Cally of duty 4 boasts stunning graphics, gameplay; in fact, it is stunning in EVERY department. It excels, in detail of players, graphics, online play the main feature. The campaign is very entertaining, but if you like campaigns you may wish to consider buying a different shooter, because this campaign, although while it lasts it is amazing, is slightly too short. You play as a person called SOAP, which is an interesting name, and you are teamed with a squad throughout the campaign. Online play is absolutley magnificent! To go through the levels it takes a few weeks, but this keeps you entertained and you can do the levels up to 10 times (prestige). Occasionally, depending on others connections, you may experience lag and annyoing messages...
