...I purchased the Nintendo Wii after weeks of searching the internet for a shop that hadnt sold out and once i found one available i bought it immediately. The package came with Wii sports and a remote controller and i have to say that i was quite impressed. The controllers work well with the console and in particular with wii sports. The biggest issue that i have with the remote is the battery issue. Whilst the batteries do last a long time when installed, to keep replacing them costs a fortune. I also have had this problem with my xbox 360 wireless controllers and would recommend anybody who was buying the controllers to also consider a quick charge kit to accompany it. The unit is very responsive and works very well, this depends on where you put the sensor that is supplied with the wii so make sure that you read the manual carefully...

The controller is extreamly suffisticated as well as all of the normal buttons which are used for conventional gameplay it also contains a gyroscope which monitors its position and movements in six axis, clever hey. The suspense in the book is in some chapters absolutely amazing with the reader not knowing which way it is going to go and it is literally impossible to put the book down. However, at the “end” of the chase you finally think that it is all over and everyone is going to live happily ever after when the story takes another dramatic turn and shoots off once again to keep you hanging on to the last page. All in all an excellent read full of action, suspense and drama. There’s even a little bit of comedy thrown in here and there for good measure. My only regret is that I read Crisis 4 before Remote Control as it spoilt...

...When you think of a games console you think heavy, uncomfortable and always getting tangled in wires. Well not the PS3 sixaxis controller. The first point of interest is the wireless cabability of the controller. The controller uses bluetooth which allows a constant stream of information from the controller to the PS3 with no lag time. The second is because it is bluetooth the range of the controller is about 20m, you will never need this much length but it means there will be no-where in the room that you can't use it. I got two of these sixaxis controllers free with my PS3 so was able to rotate between using one and charging the other, hopefully allowing me to prolong the usability of the contollers. Unfortunately, after about a year and a half ( and many hours of use, 200+ ) the left analogue stick on both controllers began to squeak and stick. I'm pretty sure the analogue bashing involved in Beijing Olympics contributed highly to this. Early pictures showed a boomerang controller design which I for one am so glad they did not decide to manufacture. The new playstation 3 sixaxis controller looks great.
