Camping Party Grill, Ramsey move over

Advantages: Price, quality, easy to use
Disadvantages: may be a little small for extended use.

...My mother bought one of the Campingaz Part Grills from Germany on her visit earlier this year. She spent 5 minutes on the phone trying to tell us what it was and I still didn't understand what she was on about. I was a little apprehensive as I already have a lot of camping gear including a hob type gas cooker so I wasn't sure how much use it would be for me. At the time I know she paid 35 EUROS for it but I have seen them over here in Millets outlets for £29.99 for the hob and about £7 for the gas can. There is another model available but its between 60 and 70 quid so it gets a little to expensive without many benefits. Great value TV

Advantages: Excellent value, good range of features
Disadvantages: Little known manufacturer

.... What do you get for your money? The Technika LCD 19-907 is a basic 19" LCD TV with built in Freeview (they do a version with a built in DVD which is a little dearer but that wasn't what I wanted). It has a built in stand which you can remove if you are mounting it on a wall bracket like I was, however if, like me, you have a Wii then it is worth leaving the stand in place as it makes a convenient place to site the sensor bar! The surround to the screen is a smart black colour and the speakers are mounted below the screen which was important to me as I didn't want any extra width. The ON/OFF switch and volume controls etc are mounted down the right hand side and the connections for the aerial and SCART are on the rear facing downwards. There is just one SCART socket which I do think is a drawback when you want to connect...

Mccain oven Chips are the best!

...As a family we love chips but as much as I love home made chips I really hate eating food that is deep fried. Last week while I was doing my shopping online I noticed that Tesco`s were doing an offer on McCains chips at just £1 for a 907g or 2lb bag so I decided to buy a pack. Packaging The chips I bought are oven chips, they come in a plastic orange bag. On the front is a picture of a sunflower and potates with the McCain logo and there is also like a green ribbon that tells me that there is only 5% fat and the chips are prepared in Sunflower oil and Cholestral Free. It also says on the front of the pack that per 135g serving oven cooked is *Fat 5.1g - 7% GDA *Saturates 0.5g 3% *Sugar 0.8g 1% *Salt 0.1g 2% Ingredients Potatoes & Sunflower Cooking instructions Oven - Gas Mark7 spread chips...

Advantages: Crispy, quick and easy, not greasy
Disadvantages: A little unhealthy

...golden colour and looked very appetising. Also, another thing that surprised me is that they were not covered in grease like some other oven chips. In fact there was no greasy taste at all which was really pleasant. The chips were definitely very crunchy and the crinkle cut of them gave them a very nice texture. The only negative point I would say is that a 907g bag does not go very far. I tried to stretch is to two dinner for 2 people (4 portions in total) and we each could have done with a few more chips on each occasion. They were not amazingly healthy, per 100g of oven cooked chips (a portion size would probably be approximately 250G) there is 206 calories, so in total a portion would probably be somewhere around 400+ calories but in moderation with the rest of a healthy meal not too bad. There are definitely not as bad as buying...
