...The canon pixma ip3500 is a great buy, its good quality it looks very cool but best of all its cheap too. In fact this little machine will only cost you around £50, and for a great printer, what more could you ask for. Just because it's a little printer, and its not very expensive, don't just make the assumption that this doesn't print fast. This printer has the capability to print out a massive 25ppm in black text. It prints colour pages out at a great 17ppm, and can even print pictures out at 10.4ppm. The print quality isn't amazing, however id say its above average. The black print looks nice and really sharp when printed, and the colour pictures come out fine on this printer when printed. ...Hey ho. How surreal to be reviewing ink. Does anyone else do this? Why am I sitting here at 10 o\'clock at night reviewing an ink cartridge? Do I love it? No. Err.......have I had an unusual and vaguely witty experience with this cartridge? Not really. THINK INK!

Advantages: Easily obtainable, good value, recyclable.
Disadvantages: Really just the idea of it not being a genuine new original!

Miami Ink!

Advantages: Interesting to watch, loads of cool tattoos to look at

The series began in July 2005, introducing four eager tattooists, Ami James, Chris Nunez, Chris Garver and Darren Brass, as well as Ami's apprentice, Yoji Harada. Throughout the episodes new tattooists enter and go, the most famous probably being Kat Von D who turned the studio around with her beautiful portrait tattoos. Each show lasts about an hour long, and during that time we see a variety of clients enter the studio to get their tattoos. The guys who run/work in the studio are all fairly young, heavily tattooed and have been through different walks of life. Canon or a Brother ?

...This review is for the Canon Pixma IP4700. Setup --------- This printer comes inside a box which is heavily packaged and first off all you get the power cable. The cable is wrapped with this tie back but the problem is that when you unwind the cable you notice how it wants to try and curl back up again so you do need to try and straighten it out as soon as you can. You receive the disc which has the drivers on which you need to install on the computer otherwise you have no way of printing items off without it. There is nothing else inside the box besides the cartridges which are easy to insert and use. The disc is good because it is so simple to install the items onto the computer and this takes about a minute to do. You do not get a connection to the computer though so you do need to purchase one yourself and many websites...

Canon Powershot SX200 IS

Advantages: Lots of zoom, lots of pixels, sturdy
Disadvantages: No internal memory, flash pops up whether you want it to or not

...I bought this camera recently as I purchased a Canon EOS1000D DSLR and I wanted a compact digital with a large zoom for the times when I didn't feel like lugging the DSLR and all it's accessories around with me. I'd looked around at other models, and I know that there are many other cameras that offer a much higher zoom, but I finally settled on this one for a number of reasons. a) 12 million pixels. This is more than I'll probably ever need as it's very rare that I print anything above 8x10 but it was an upgrade on my previous digital compact. b) 12x optical zoom. This is more than adequate for general photography, any more and I think you do probably need a tripod. c) NB-5L Li-Ion Battery. A slightly less explosive Canon.

Advantages: Typically good Canon images.
Disadvantages: Poor flash and feels a bit flimsy.

...Canon along with Nikon have for years been known as the kings of camera`s but with things changing rapidly in the DSLR market Canon had to think fast. All of Canons recent releases have been at the expensive end of the market and they have been rapidly losing ground to the likes of Nikon and the new kids on the block (Sony). The release of the Canon EOS 1000D in June this year (2008)was an attempt to get back in the entry level market and whilst I think it should have the desired effect I am still not convinced they have done enough to tempt people away from the less expensive Sony option. Many people myself included thought that the new Canon would just be a fresher version of the Canon EOS 400D and the only stand out feature available on this 1000D that the 400 did not offer was a live view, so were Canon trying to pull the wool...
