The surface of the film is as smooth and shiny as glass. Adhesive and film are both crystal clear so that when applied, the film appears transparent. The special feature of this film is an additional anti-reflection coating that, in comparison to normal films, reduces the intensity of mirror images. The screen contrast can thereby be increased In high ambient light areas (if the screen is not already equipped with an anti-reflection coating). Black becomes even blacker. The hard coating of the Vikuiti screen protector ADQC27 furthermore offers optimal mechanical protection from scratches. An additional non-adhesive layer ensures that the protective film is also dirt-repellent enabling the removal of ball-point pens and marker pens ink through dry wiping.
