T-Cut - A great addition to your car care kit.

Advantages: Great at removing spray paint and covering scratch marks

...This review is on one of the most rewarding, yet most undervalued job that there can ever be. And I've done some! First off, lets' take a look at the disadvantages. The work is not at all valued, which is shown in the number of hours that people work alonsgide the low rate of pay that is offered. Many care homes regardless of whether they are privately owned or are a part of a bigger company, will generally pay the national minimum wage or just slightly higher for health care assistants - a pittance for what they do, which I don't like one bit. However, council run establishments may pay more because after all what else can they do with our money. As noted, another downfall is that of having to do shift work. ...I would just like to write a review on working as a carer out in the community, although this can also apply to actual registered nurses (such as district nurses, but for the purpose of this review I shall stick to carers.). So what is it? As the name would suggest, it is people who work out in the community giving care to people - whether it be in their own homes, or perhaps in sheltered housing. It may even take place at a centre, if there are a small number of people who wish to meet together. However, this may cause a few issues re health and safety etc so this is not advisable. This is basically an antiseptic cream which can be used for minor burns abrasions and nappy rash and is suitable for use on children and adults. Although it doesn?t state it on the packaging, I assume also that it can be used on cuts and grazes, so have been using it effectively of Little Miss?s knees, both of which are grazed at the moment. The cream itself is packaged in a box with the instructions on the sides, and inside the box is, as expected, a 30g tube with a screw on/off lid. ...I bought this when I had my baby as it was apparently the best on the market and I really can't find fault with it at all it has been the most reliable of our baby products and can't rate it highly enough. This car seat is different from others as it is suitable for up to 9 months whilst the majority of others are just up to 6 months. The seat is well padded and has a 'head hugger' so it is safer for newborns. This headhugger can then be removed once your baby is big enough. The straps also can be adjusted once your baby grows so that it is still safe and comfortable. The straps are easy to use- at first they were fiddly but once you have the hang of them then you know what you're doing they're easy! once you have strapped your baby in you then pull on the straps to make them tight so that your baby is safetly in place...

Basically they can walk into any agency and check that there is no fraud and all regulations are being followed or they can close them down. So first thing you need to have is a CRB which is a police check, so there is no point lying at your interview because you will be found out. These do take a while to come back. They cost around £40 and some companies do pay for them for you. If that comes back clear you are checked on the POVA register to check if you have been in trouble at another agency. It's like being struck off. These checks are good at least families know that the people going into their loved ones are not convicted criminals!! After all that comes back clear you can start your training...
