Having seen one of our friends children turn into some psycho whirling tornado following three or four sips of a Fruit Shoot, we decided early on that water, milk and natural fruit juices where the way to go with Daisy. This didn't prove to be a problem while she was little as she just had water and milk in her bottle. But once she got older and we decided to try fruit juices we found that she wasn't ready, at that point, to drink out of an open cup. So we turned to cartons of juice and straws. Oh the excitement! ...I bought this when I had my baby as it was apparently the best on the market and I really can't find fault with it at all it has been the most reliable of our baby products and can't rate it highly enough. This car seat is different from others as it is suitable for up to 9 months whilst the majority of others are just up to 6 months. The seat is well padded and has a 'head hugger' so it is safer for newborns. This headhugger can then be removed once your baby is big enough. The straps also can be adjusted once your baby grows so that it is still safe and comfortable. The straps are easy to use- at first they were fiddly but once you have the hang of them then you know what you're doing they're easy! once you have strapped your baby in you then pull on the straps to make them tight so that your baby is safetly in place...

Brilliant infant car seat

Advantages: Excellent for safety, comfort and totally practical
Disadvantages: no negatives for this product

...I used this for my daughter and used it from birth right through to the upper weight limit which is actually higher than most other car seats in this category. She always seemed so content in it and happily napped when travelling. The sun canopy is excellent, great for protecting the baby when driving and carrying about. Sun canopy also stores away easily when not in use, remaining attatched but out for the way. I also bought the easybase which made loading and unloading baby from car very quick and easy - especially when its raining which it so often does here. Also purchased mosquito net & Raincover both excellent purchases and in the UK I certainly needed them. I liked the fact that there were internal pads that could be removed as she grew to enable more comfort and space for her within the seat. Covers are easily removed for washing...

A must-see for all of those car mad boys!

Advantages: The soundtrack
Disadvantages: The characters aren't very strong

...When I first watched this film, I thought it was a loud of rubbish. At the time I was convinced it was probably the worst Disney film that I had seen and wasn't bothered about watching it again any time soon. Noah had other plans and I am currently watching it for the hundredth time! I am not sure if it's a case of becoming familiar with something and quite liking it but this film has really grown on me. The film is based around a famous race car, Lightening Maclean, who gets lost and finds himself in a small town on Route 66 called Radiator Springs. He ends up having to stay in the town after getting arrested and being ordered to fix the road that he broke as a result of wreckless driving. ...Being a skinflint, I got mine cheap off a market stall, As it was a bargain, I decided to give it a go, instead of the stuff I usually use - Car Plan, although I have always been happy with it, I have heard people "wax" lyrical about Mer but never used it. Glad I gave it a try now. The polish is suitable for all paint finishes, including metallic, you can also use it on your caravan, bike, upvc windows or anywhere else you need a good shine. The polish comes in a plastic container, coloured blue, in the following sizes, half litre, one litre, three litres, and the massive trade size of ten litres. Recommended retail prices range from £11 for the smallest, sixteen Pounds and thirty-one for the 1 & 3 litres, then up to a whopping £71 for the large. These prices are expensive, but the polish is very good, and does tend to go a long way...

Cars - KACHOW!!

Advantages: Great film and fantastic characters - What a film
Disadvantages: None - Just make sure you watch it!

...Sitting down infront of the TV with my brother revising for my A Levels, my brother then decided to go and get the Pixar boxset from our DVD collection. After moaning that I did not want to watch Cars for several minutes because I thought it would be a terrible film, my brother put the film on anyway. It was his choice. He is 5 years older.
