AutoTrader Car Insurance - just DON'T do it!

Advantages: I got insurance on my car
Disadvantages: They don't even bother reading emails + double your premium because of their incompetence.

...I had bought a replacement car when the old one went to that scrapyard in the sky, and was keen to find some value-for-money insurance. So, I went on a couple of comparison sites such as gocompare.com, confused.com and moneysupermarket.com. Some of the prices were pretty good, I guess since I have been claim free since passing my test in 1995, female driver, only doing the social, domestic and pleasure (i.e. school runs, grocery shopping, bill paying, ferrying elderly relatives about etc) so I decided to upgrade from Third Party Fire & Theft to fully comp. I had had a quote off the insurer I was with (Hastings) but they wanted £25 to change my policy and another £80 because I had gone from an N reg to a T reg. Hence, much cheaper to go elsewhere and tell them to shove it. So, the AutoTrader insurance was slightly better priced...

  Cotton Traders - A Good Source for Wardrobe Staples

Advantages: Easy to use. Good quality merchandise. Good service.
Disadvantages: Inconsistent fit. Clothing is functional and unexciting.

Rogue traders are being watched

Advantages: tries to keep the general public informed
Disadvantages: none unless you're a rogue trader of course

...wooden doing it, especially Penteado with his dodgy tone and way off timing. But, if you take the humour in the way it is supposed to be then you have to laugh at their attempts, considering the show is really meant to be looking at serious issues. In all, Rogue traders in a well thought out and very informative show indeed. It is an all round entertaining/consumer issue show which does aid in the process of letting the many ?dodgy? businesses out there that they are being noticed. That they may be the next faces which are being shown on national television with Allwright and Co. in hot pursuit as the ?rogues? try to hide their faces with a piece of paper whilst fleeing to their cars in the hope of not being recognised. Rogue Trader

Advantages: Great story line, true life
Disadvantages: Difficult to understand

Review of Rogue Trader (DVD)

Rogue Trader but certainly not a rogue film

Advantages: Great acting, excellent plot
Disadvantages: A little technical at times but doesn't really spoil the enjoyment much

...Rogue Trader is a film-documentary depicting the rise and fall of a Mr Nick Leeson (played by the excellent Ewan McGregor), an investor for Barings Bank. For those who were living on the Moon in 1995, Barings Bank (of which the Queen was a customer) collapsed that year after Leeson abused his position of trust and gambled customer's money on the stock market. Leeson had it all, good job, money and was happily married but he wanted more but what transpired was not what Leeson expected.... I decided to buy this film due to the fact I take an interest in the stock market. Of course, during the film many technical terms are used and at times I did have problems understanding what was going on but that did not detract from my enjoyment of the film as I got the gist of what was happening. You can buy it from all the shops you'd expect to be able to buy them from including Halfords, mothercare, john lewis', toys r us etc. What do they cost: prices vary depending up on offers and stores but usually this car seat retails at £100. It clips onto a base which is attached to your car, This makes it easy to get the car seat in and out of the car without waking up the baby. ...I bought this when I had my baby as it was apparently the best on the market and I really can't find fault with it at all it has been the most reliable of our baby products and can't rate it highly enough. This car seat is different from others as it is suitable for up to 9 months whilst the majority of others are just up to 6 months. The seat is well padded and has a 'head hugger' so it is safer for newborns. This headhugger can then be removed once your baby is big enough. The straps also can be adjusted once your baby grows so that it is still safe and comfortable. The straps are easy to use- at first they were fiddly but once you have the hang of them then you know what you're doing they're easy! once you have strapped your baby in you then pull on the straps to make them tight so that your baby is safetly in place...

A must-see for all of those car mad boys!

Advantages: The soundtrack
Disadvantages: The characters aren't very strong

...When I first watched this film, I thought it was a loud of rubbish. At the time I was convinced it was probably the worst Disney film that I had seen and wasn't bothered about watching it again any time soon. Noah had other plans and I am currently watching it for the hundredth time! I am not sure if it's a case of becoming familiar with something and quite liking it but this film has really grown on me.
