Car hire on a Budget

...Ive hired several times from my Budget branch in Newcastle city centre and always came away with a feeling of contentment.I always know that before I pick up my vehicle I will be driving a quality Ford, that is a new model and it will only be a couple of months old. Ive hired several typres of car and on occasions Transit vans.All vehicles have been cleaner properly and are always ready at the time that I want the rental to start.Even the vans are spotless inside and out. A truck to dump with

...We have a selection of Wader toys one is the tipper dumper truck. Wader a German firm make many plastic toys. This dumper truck is in the basics section measuring 19 x 10 x 12 cm. This toy truck is great suitable for 18 month old babies upwards. The truck is made from a safe tough plastic. It measures 19 x 10 x 12 cm. It has a bright yellow cab and a red skip .These sit on a blue chassis and 4 substantial wheels. . The cab has moulded blue plastic seats in it a small toy person could sit inside it. The skip will tip if the red lever on the side of the tipper truck is pressed. The lever easy to manipulate There is a hitch hook on the front and back of this toy. Other cars can be attached to them This tipper truck is well played with.. The children can push it and then make the truck tip, its good fun to load...

Review of Wader Basics Dump Truck

Car okay - Price incorrect - Ignores my communication attempts

Disadvantages: Incorrect price; Company seems to be unwilling to correct; Doesn't answer e-mails

...We rented a car from budget (online, via reseller). We got the right car without problems and didn't have to wait very long. The was clean and worked without problems while we had it. So far everything was fine. What's unacceptable is that Budget seems to be unwilling to accept the price that we booked and charger a higher price. When renting the car we were promised that it would be fixed by the time that we're back. It wasn't and nobody heard of it. In the past 8 weeks Budget didn't give me any real answer about this totally ignored my e-mails about the status. And instead charged my credit card a price that's EVEN HIGHER than the already incorrect one! I'll never ever again rent a car from Budget....

Budget car hire, budget prices & budget staff

Advantages: Prices, good cars, clean cars
Disadvantages: Counter staff, added charges

...I have used Budget car hire on a number of occasions from Belfast International Airport over the years. I usually book through an on-line agent called 'Auto Europe' who provide very competitive rates & discounts for regular use. The service provide by Budget staff is at best patchy. I normally book insurance in advance to protect my excess wavier of £600 which Budget charges anything up to £17.50 a day for. My on line charge works out at £3.80 a day for the same cover, when you decline it from the Budget staff they do get a bit tetchy, I guess they must get a percentage from the booking. One day I refused their excess protection & so then they added 'cross border' insurance for travelling to Dublin with. When I queried this charge, again they become very tetchy. I stated that each time I used Budget they ask me where I'm travelling...

This truck will tow your toys

...Wader tow truck. We have several wader vehicles at my work place. I had not heard / noticed this German manufacturer before. The Wader toy I shall be describing today is the tow truck. I have played with this toy several times alongside my pupils . The recommended age for this toy is 18 months upwards I would say that?s about right. The tow truck is a fair sized toy approx. 19 x 10 x 12 cm a perfect size for little hands to push and play with. It is made of plastic. ...I bought this when I had my baby as it was apparently the best on the market and I really can't find fault with it at all it has been the most reliable of our baby products and can't rate it highly enough. This car seat is different from others as it is suitable for up to 9 months whilst the majority of others are just up to 6 months. The seat is well padded and has a 'head hugger' so it is safer for newborns. This headhugger can then be removed once your baby is big enough. The straps also can be adjusted once your baby grows so that it is still safe and comfortable. The straps are easy to use- at first they were fiddly but once you have the hang of them then you know what you're doing they're easy! once you have strapped your baby in you then pull on the straps to make them tight so that your baby is safetly in place...

Here lies the body of a good read, TRUCK Magazine was one of the stalwarts of the mags we all seemed to like, it was published for thirty years. and the last ever copy was printed in September 2004. Ciao have listed this as not having been reviewed, so I feel I must take the opportunity of putting in a word or two. A good old fashioned magazine, made by drivers, for drivers. The layout is pretty much the old tried & tested style, which is what we come to expect. The number of pages did vary, but all the regular articles were there every month. All information seemed to be factual, not hyped up, and was written by people who know what they are on about. All pictures were of good quality, and apart from very old ones, were in full colour. Speaking of old photo's, this mag contained some of the best old motors I have ever seen...

Budget car Rental : Belfast Airport

Advantages: Vehicle parking close to the airport

...I booked car for hire through an internet booking agency and paid a small deposit towards the quoted cost. The agency allocated Budget car rental to supply the vehicle and upon arrival at Belfast Airport the Budget desk was easy to find and conveniently located. They had details of my booking and the paperwork process commenced without difficulty. Then the Budget representative became irritated when I declined the excess waiver insurance. I was then presented with a grand total to pay and I asked for details of how it was broken down. I was keen to ensure that my deposit paid to the agency had been deducted from the amount to pay. The representative had increasing difficulty explaining the breakdown of costs. First she said some items were shown VAT inclusive and others as VAT exclusive. Brilliant infant car seat

Advantages: Excellent for safety, comfort and totally practical
Disadvantages: no negatives for this product

...I used this for my daughter and used it from birth right through to the upper weight limit which is actually higher than most other car seats in this category. She always seemed so content in it and happily napped when travelling. The sun canopy is excellent, great for protecting the baby when driving and carrying about. Sun canopy also stores away easily when not in use, remaining attatched but out for the way. I also bought the easybase which made loading and unloading baby from car very quick and easy - especially when its raining which it so often does here. Also purchased mosquito net & Raincover both excellent purchases and in the UK I certainly needed them. I liked the fact that there were internal pads that could be removed as she grew to enable more comfort and space for her within the seat. Covers are easily removed for washing...
