Tango & Cash Film Review
Advantages: It's Gay
Disadvantages: It's Gay
..."Who the Hell do you think you are?" screams an LA County Deputy at Sylvester Stallone in the opening scene of Andrei Konchalovsky's buddy-cop action-comedy. "He thinks he's Rambo!" another Deputy intervenes. "Rambo," however, "is a pussy," and Sly doesn't want to be a pussy.
In case you were somehow unaware that Stallone played the one man wrecking machine, John Rambo, at his prime in the 1980s, you would have missed the joke here. For everyone else, the sight of Stallone wearing glasses and an Armani suit, acting a dick by poking fun at his main source of income (besides Rocky) is quite hilarious. Well, I thought so anyway...
Ray Tango (Stallone's character) is portrayed as wealthy and intelligent; while Gabe Cash, his soon-to-be-partner, (Russell) is seen as the scruffy, cocky one of the two. (Did I just say 'cocky'? That's two...

Early Cash and I don't mean money
Advantages: Classic , fresh , raw , entertaining , a little piece of history .
Disadvantages: May be too dated for some .
...Background
Johnny Cash had been recording and playing for quite a while before I came across him properly as an artiste. In the early seventies my brother bought "Johnny Cash live at St Quentin" and it was a real eye opener, or should I say ear opener to me. Previously to this I had sort of heard him in passing but not taken that much notice. As a flighty teenager he had seemed far too old and straight to appeal to me. It took my advancing years to truly get a feel for the man and his music. However "San Quentin" was one of the first rungs on the ladder.
My boyfriend at the time, and Husband to this day, bought the L.P before I knew him and so, among our differing tastes in music, this was one firm favourite. He has bought Cash?s music over the years right up to his final offerings and for me the music matured well along...

Cashing In On The Olympics?
Advantages: Lots Of Events
Disadvantages: No Online, Some Poor Events
...Cashing In On The Olympics?
It can hardly have escaped your attention that the Olympic Games has been held in China and "Team GB" did quite well all things considered. So sales of this game must be up. This time Sega's Sonic The Hedgehog has joined in with Nintendo's Mario this time. The reason for this pairing up is purely commercial.
You can control a myriad of characters from the Mario and Sonic games, or you can play as your Mii character, I always do. Each character has different characteristics and handle events subtly differently. The events are split into the relevant categories of Track, Field, Gymnastics etc... There are nine categories in total.
Some events however are total turkeys such as rowing, where you have to maintain a rowing like motion with the two controls while pressing two...

Cash,Cash,Cash
Advantages: It's Johnny Cash! What more do you what?
Disadvantages: How can there be any? It's Johnny Cash!
...and tells of different little story's on that most profound of nights. It's fun to listen to and is a cheery song and if you listen carefully you hear the laughs.
22.Family Bible.
This has been sung by quite a few people and I think it is best known as a Willie Nelson song. It is about the memory's that the family Bible hold and how dad would read from the family bible and then they would say there blessings. It is slow but kind of comforting.
Well folks that is it song wise, this is only how I see or hear the songs. I like this album and it is our CD of choice for the car at the moment.
The CD lasts for 59mins and 33 seconds
The sleeve has a picture Of Johnny Cash in his middle years and on the inside a brief run down of his life.
I can tell you know more than I like it and listen to it regularly.
It can be bought at the time...

Smarter bartering, cash dashing
Advantages: Get rid of junk for cash quickly, get cash easily / quickly
Disadvantages: Poor rates for your goods plus general bad aura about the place
...A few weeks ago, just after Christmas, we decided our humongous CRT (i.e. very big) monitor and old keyboard and mouse just had to go. We had a new set for the Christmas season, and so concluded that our old set just wouldn't be of any use to us.
So we considered the options of selling / getting rid of the stuff. After a bit of deliberation, we decided that a good option to try would be Cash Converters - no need to wait like eBay, no need to send goods and charge huge P and P - but the cons of having to travel to the shop (twice in our case), lugging your (huge, heavy) goods around with you and not experiencing the fun and joy of the last minutes of an online auction.
Before heading off, we thought it'd be a good idea to phone them and check if they wanted the items first. Reporting back from the call, my mother told me that they...

Cash Converters For Easy Buying & Selling
Advantages: Sell your unwanted goods, different stock on a weekly basis
Disadvantages: Prices aren't always great
...I am personally very impressed with Cash Converters, they frankly astound me. Why? not because of their amazing customer service, their bargain products, their diverse product range or well kept shops; But by the fact that they manage to sell awful products at seemably ridiculous prices. It never ceases to amaze me how they manage to sell outdated second hand phones for near enough the same price as you can get them new online. And secondhand Playstation games at the same price as you can get the game on Platinum version brand new.
But nevertheless it is an interesting shop to go into when you've got time. There's always a good range of stock. Most of the stuff is overpriced, but the shopowners know very little about the real value of a lot of goods, so there are occassional bargains to be had.
Selling experience:
I went into Cash...

An amazing car seat
Advantages: safe, cosy
Disadvantages: none
...Where to buy:
This car seat is readily available. You can buy it from all the shops you'd expect to be able to buy them from including Halfords, mothercare, john lewis', toys r us etc.
What do they cost:
prices vary depending up on offers and stores but usually this car seat retails at £100.
How do they attach?
This car seat is different to many of the others on the market. It clips onto a base which is attached to your car, This makes it easy to get the car seat in and out of the car without waking up the baby. The car seat base is attached by the seat belt securing it in place and a metal leg which keeps it stable.
Are they comfortable?
This car seat is very padded and so a nice cosy seat for your baby. It comes with a head hugger which makes it cosy and safe for a newborn. This headhugger can be removed revealing much...

great car seat
Advantages: see rview
Disadvantages: expense, heavy
...I bought this when I had my baby as it was apparently the best on the market and I really can't find fault with it at all it has been the most reliable of our baby products and can't rate it highly enough.
This car seat is different from others as it is suitable for up to 9 months whilst the majority of others are just up to 6 months.
The seat is well padded and has a 'head hugger' so it is safer for newborns. This headhugger can then be removed once your baby is big enough. The straps also can be adjusted once your baby grows so that it is still safe and comfortable.
The straps are easy to use- at first they were fiddly but once you have the hang of them then you know what you're doing they're easy! once you have strapped your baby in you then pull on the straps to make them tight so that your baby is safetly in place...

Cash Converters - we get pennys, they get pounds!
Advantages: Can get a bargain once in a blue moon.
Disadvantages: Not very professional, quite a rip off. over priced.
...I didnt know of this place for years until a friend of mine took me their to buy a guitar amp. It was a Marshall 50watt valve amp and was at a very good price! It opened up my eyes to the bargain he was getting and maybe I was missing out!
Coincedently, the shop then moved more into the centre of town and was easier to get to, so I make quite regular visits. Being an audio and music freak, it was always the microphones, guitars, amplifiers, mixers etc I was checking out. Every so often I would just have a general browse too however.
I thought how it must have been a one off that my mate got a bargain, because the prices didnt seem that great at all, especially for the quality of some of the things! I didnt think too much of it however.
A few months on and I was looking to get some cash for my bass guitar I no longer needed. After...

Cash Converters are terrible...
Advantages: (Very little) cash in a jiffy
Disadvantages: Useless staff, they rip you off, lose things
...Some of you may have seen a shop around in the UK called Cash Converters and I'm writing to warn you about it. Basically, it is just a glorified pawn shop. The idea is simple. You have something you don't use, but you still want but you also need some cash pronto. You take said item to shop and they give you a paltry sum and then in 30days or sooner you but it back for the price plus 30%. If you don't then they can sell it. This store however either a)rip you off or b)lose your goods.
My first experience was when I received a number of 486 machines with monitors, keyboards and mice which I didn't have a use for. Most of them I found new homes for, but the last two I couldn't so I decided to sell them to Cash Converters just to free up some space really, and to save myself the hassle of private ads. Now I didn't want a lot...
