Disadvantages: a bit of noise
...I bought the Casio Exilim Zomm EX Z1200 for £184.47 from DigitalRev.com

I think the cameras pretty heavy then an average camera weighing at 152g minus battery and card but a bit slimmer than the Z1050 measuring at 93.3 x 58.5 x 22.4mm.

Casio Exilim EX-S770 - Poor camera quality, overpriced
Advantages: Nice design
Disadvantages: Bad photo quality, overpriced
...phone it was still decent but obviously not of the same quality. On the EX-S700, the image was slightly out of focus even though I had all the right settings on and took it with a steady hand and it made my friend look stupidly shiny, which there was no way she looked like that in person. This camera seems to like to make everyone look like they've been polished and rough, which I doubt anyone wants to have in their family album, especially when they don't even look like that in the first place.
The camera turns on too easily - never put this camera in your pocket. When the camera turns on, the lens comes out, which in a pocket... well, not good news. The amount of times I've heard a nasty crunch and thought the lens has crushed into pieces, but luckily it hasn't (yet). I don't put it in my pocket anymore, or in a special camera case...

Casio Exilim - A truly excellent camera
Advantages: Quality, Reliable, Stylish
Disadvantages: Hard to find in the UK
..., Photohands, Ulead Movie Wizard
~ Included Accessories ~
Carrying strap
Cradle stand
USB cable
A/V cable
Power Cable
Power Device
1 x Li-ion rechargeable battery
~ Personal Experience ~
I purchased this camera in Germany whilst on holiday about 5 years ago and have yet to see anywhere in the UK selling this model. At the time, this was a top of the range camera and there was no other that could match its 2.5" screen size. Over the years it has had lots and lots of use and abuse but has withstanded it all very well indeed. The quality photos are still as good as most new cameras when compared on a PC and it is now very rare to get an any where near affordable camera with a rechargable battery that you do not have to take out of the camera to charge up. With this Casio, I just sit it on its docking station (a mini usb connector) plug it...

Casio Exilim Ex-S500, Excellent Camera
Advantages: Robust, easy to use, looks great, large high quality screen, Best Shot scenarios
Disadvantages: Could come with SD card / protective case
...Another one of my toys, I bought this while I was abroad on holiday two years ago. I paid extra for a set of add-ons (1/2GB sd card, mini tripod, case, spare battery), which I won't discuss in this review (since you would have to get these separately).
The camera itself fits nicely in the palm of your hand, and is a beauty to work with. It's a 5 megapixel camera, of which there is now a 10 megapixel version available. it charges via a dock charger, which in turn can connect to your PC via USB.
Things I like about it:
- The camera is small enough to carry around in a pocket
- The screen is fairly large, and shows pictures decently
- The camera takes pictures almost immediately in it's default mode, I've also had a camera which takes a second to take a picture (which is annoying)
- I can walk and take pictures without stopping...

A camera with ideas above its station.
Advantages: Very well made and nice looking with attractive functions.
Disadvantages: The attractive functions fail to impress and image quality is poor.
...My sister has been at me for ages to choose a point and shoot camera for her, as she does not share my brilliance for photography (he blows his own trumpet), her main interest was that the camera would have loads of megapixels and it would be as small and as good looking as possible.
Using and abusing my position in my local camera club and my connections as a professional photographer, I got my hands on a Casio Exilim EX-Z85 to test out for her as I had heard so many good things about it and it is one of the smallest and thinnest point and shoot cameras of any substance available at this time.
I got a test unit from a local camera store that regularly asks us to do customer reviews for them and I set about putting it through its paces for the 5 days I had with it and I hoped it would be as good as others were saying and I could...

Casio EXILIM "ZOOM!" EX-Z1050
Advantages: Inane amount of pixels, Easy to handle size, 2.6" display
Disadvantages: Graning in darker areas, No memory card supplied
...can always become overwhelming, which is why, I think, a great advantage is the way Casio have kept to a minimalist control scheme, with two modes, shoot and playback.
However, saying this, thee camera does have a mind-boggling 30+ shooting modes which can become a little confusing at times when you find you simply want to be taking a picture, not a panorama, long distance, or a night scene.
The battery life was disappointing with my last camera but here I am mildly impressed, the official figures say that the cameras will last for 370 pictures, I have found it to last for 200 shots but still this battery life is highly commendable. Especially useful for when you want to be going on holidays, it is highly capable of lasting a week or two without the need for a charger and when it does need a charge it never takes more than 3 or 4...

I <3 my Casio Exilim EX-Z700
Advantages: Battery life, picture quality, easy and quick to use, many features, reliable.
Disadvantages: Bright flash, large file sizes.
...The Casio Exilim EX-Z700 is a fantastic camera with very few weaknesses. It is suitably compact and not noticeably heavy yet the screen size is not compromised; the LCD display is usefully large. In addition, the design of the zoom button is incredibly quick and easy to use as well as zooming long distances. There are many different 'best shot' styles including 'backlight' and 'monochrome'. Nevertheless using the automatic 'portrait' function produces good quality photographs for an amateur photographer. It is very easy to flick through the photos stored on the camera and with the flick of a button they are displayed on a calendar to show when they were taken. There are many settings to play around with on the menu, including self timers, sounds etc.
Overall the camera is simple to use and rarely needs referal to the instructions...

Casio Exilim EZ-X11 Compact Digital Camera
Advantages: Many features, top of its class for qualtiy, style and functionality
Disadvantages: Camera lense extends beyond camera body when in use
...The Casio Exilim EX-Z11 is my first compact digital camera, and was attracted to it by its range of features at a great price.
the EZ-X11 is an attractive, small light-weight camera, with 3x optical zoom, 7.2M pixel, and a great 2.6" screen.
The camera takes SD cards, and has USB/AV connectivity. Packaged with the camera are the battery, charger, AV cable, USB cable, strap and CD-ROM, which includes software and full instruction manual, however a paper quick-start guide is included.
The picture quality is excellent, and there are many options for users to change settings to obtain desired results, including ISO, white balance, EV, picture quality and resolution, manual or auto focus, plus many other settings. However there is also a Best Shot function, providing access to many pre-set options allowing for quick set...

Casio EXILIM: Usefull? Fun? Worthwhile?
Advantages: Nice design, and good quality pictures
Disadvantages: Hard to use interface, and trouble with pc connection
...It is a very lightweight camera for me, and i love the sleek design. The camera quality is realtively good compared to older exilim digital cameras, and with a larg high resolution screen it gives a modern theme to the camera.
However, I am one who regularly uploads my photos onto the computer, and although it gives you instructions on how to do so. the camera would not connect to my pc.
I took it back to the store, and they tried connecting it to their dispay computer. this failed.
However, i still had a warrantee on it, and they replaced it with a camera which now works perfectly well.
I am still not 100% satisfied with thi camera choice becuase there are not many settings on this camera which enable you to drastically change the camera photo. Furthermore, for technology newbies, this camera deems very difficult to use...

CASIO EXILIM ZOOM EX-Z1050
Advantages: Great design and overall look, excellent image quality
Disadvantages: None so far
...This casio Exilim zoom ex-z1050 is a very high standard camera i found that it was very easy to use although i did find it difficult at first to use as i didnt read the instructions and just cracked on you must read the instructions first.
The overall look of this camera is very slick and smart i liked the design as it is very simple and good,Whilst talking about the design i will just like to add that the image screen is a good size as it is not to small.
The image quality on this camera is great with a 10.1 megepixel camera you cant go wrong, youre pictures look like somthing from a magazine or a real photograpy.
I also found with this camera it resists damages fromg things such as dropping it or splashing it with water.
i over all think that this camera i a very good camera for youre money it has great aspects and great...
