Casio EXILIM "ZOOM!" EX-Z1050
Advantages: Inane amount of pixels, Easy to handle size, 2.6" display
Disadvantages: Graning in darker areas, No memory card supplied
...Overview:
The camera overall exceeds my expectations as a consumer device, here Casio have gone to great lengths to incorporate the latest technology into a small, lightweight and durable piece of equipment. This camera is truly pocketsize, and yet, nothing is compromised by it being yet smaller than the previous models. With the falling prices of technology, having waited for the release of this newer improved, and above all cheaper version of the camera was well worth it.
The camera offers an above all superb 10.1 Mega Pixel resolution, resulting in excellent quality imagery, and a range of different settings, meaning that the camera can be applied to any situation to capture the best image possible at almost any desired resolution.

With any digital camera, the major selling point, for me, and many prospective...

Casio QV R61
Advantages: Good quality, good zoom, SD card slot
Disadvantages: battery life pretty poor, no case
...Casio QV R61
Info
I purchased this camera at Christmas 2006, it cost me £150. This is an excellent camera with 6.0 mega pixels. The picture quality is amazing although when you transfer the image from your camera to your computer the images are quite big in size, although the bigger the size the better quality it should be.
Casio
Casio is a well known brand, Casio has made many cameras although I think that this one has topped them all. There are many different makes of camera which claim to be good quality and good zooms etc, but unlike many other cameras this one does give maximum performance and great picture quality.
Cost
This camera only cost me £150 at Christmas 2006. Before this camera was £230 and now it is probably even cheaper now. What ever you pay for this camera make sure you don’t pay more than I did as...

Casio's little miracle
Advantages: Small, light, full of features, build quality
Disadvantages: None really.
...The Casio EXILIM EX-750Z is my first compact digital camera. My other cameras have been "large" ones. My main camera is a Canon EOS 20D, which is great when I go out on a photo shoot, but much too big to take everywhere with you.
I wanted something to keep by my side at all times and that's why I chose the EX-750Z. It wasn't cheap but it's certainly value for money.
Please forgive me if I miss out any of the functions but there are just so many.
It takes Secure Digital memory cards but doesn't come with one. It's got a small built in memory but that's a joke really. You can only take about 5 photos with that.
I bought a 1gb card for mine and with that you can get anything between 220 best quality (3072x2304) photographs to over 4700 low resolution (VGA 640x480). Audio recording gives you just over 50 hours and it will record...

I <3 my Casio Exilim EX-Z700
Advantages: Battery life, picture quality, easy and quick to use, many features, reliable.
Disadvantages: Bright flash, large file sizes.
...The Casio Exilim EX-Z700 is a fantastic camera with very few weaknesses. It is suitably compact and not noticeably heavy yet the screen size is not compromised; the LCD display is usefully large. In addition, the design of the zoom button is incredibly quick and easy to use as well as zooming long distances. There are many different 'best shot' styles including 'backlight' and 'monochrome'. Nevertheless using the automatic 'portrait' function produces good quality photographs for an amateur photographer. It is very easy to flick through the photos stored on the camera and with the flick of a button they are displayed on a calendar to show when they were taken. There are many settings to play around with on the menu, including self timers, sounds etc.
Overall the camera is simple to use and rarely needs referal to the instructions...

Casio Exilim - A truly excellent camera
Advantages: Quality, Reliable, Stylish
Disadvantages: Hard to find in the UK
..., Photohands, Ulead Movie Wizard
~ Included Accessories ~
Carrying strap
Cradle stand
USB cable
A/V cable
Power Cable
Power Device
1 x Li-ion rechargeable battery
~ Personal Experience ~
I purchased this camera in Germany whilst on holiday about 5 years ago and have yet to see anywhere in the UK selling this model. At the time, this was a top of the range camera and there was no other that could match its 2.5" screen size. Over the years it has had lots and lots of use and abuse but has withstanded it all very well indeed. The quality photos are still as good as most new cameras when compared on a PC and it is now very rare to get an any where near affordable camera with a rechargable battery that you do not have to take out of the camera to charge up. With this Casio, I just sit it on its docking station (a mini usb connector) plug it...

Casio QV2900ux - Wierd and Wonderful
Advantages: big zoom for a small camera
Disadvantages: low resolution for a high featured camera
...not a problem though 2000ni/mh batteries or above are usefull.
I made the mistake of buying generic AC adapter (uniross) thinking it would be usable, unfortunatly Casio have designed this and most of their cameras to take only the specific Casio AC adapter for this model which is around £30.
The swivel lens is very usefull,as the camera has no viewfinder you must use the lcd screen to compose pictures, this means you can hold the camera at waist height swivel the lens through 90 and look down on the lcd screen. When you get used to it , its quite an interesting way of taking pictures you can glance up at the subject and then down at the screen like an old faisioned box camera.
There is one other unique selling point with Casio cameras, which is the "Bestshot " software loaded on the camera. This is a series of presets which are...

Casio Exlim EX-Z120
Advantages: Easy to use - small -excellent quality pics- long battery life
Disadvantages: none to date
...I bought a casio ex-z120 second hand for a family friend who wanted a cheap- handy -first time digital camera and I used it for a week to make sure I had got what he needed
This is an excellent -easily used 7.2 mp digi and definately user friendly
Casio have added a wheel selector so you can select a number of features -- best shot- auto-sound record-movie etc etc quickly without the usual method ie Menu- drop down options( which can confuse a novice )
I wasnt sure about the batteries - but decided that if necessary he could use re-chargable ones BUT I put basic alkaline Energiser batteries in and snapped 200 pictures opening and closing lens after each group of 5 ( 100 were with flash ) and the batteries wer still showing about 40% left SO I dont know why anyone says batteries dont last long ( no need for a charger and re...

CASIO EXILIM ZOOM EX-Z1050
Advantages: Great design and overall look, excellent image quality
Disadvantages: None so far
...This casio Exilim zoom ex-z1050 is a very high standard camera i found that it was very easy to use although i did find it difficult at first to use as i didnt read the instructions and just cracked on you must read the instructions first.
The overall look of this camera is very slick and smart i liked the design as it is very simple and good,Whilst talking about the design i will just like to add that the image screen is a good size as it is not to small.
The image quality on this camera is great with a 10.1 megepixel camera you cant go wrong, youre pictures look like somthing from a magazine or a real photograpy.
I also found with this camera it resists damages fromg things such as dropping it or splashing it with water.
i over all think that this camera i a very good camera for youre money it has great aspects and great...

Casio Exilim Ex-S500, Excellent Camera
Advantages: Robust, easy to use, looks great, large high quality screen, Best Shot scenarios
Disadvantages: Could come with SD card / protective case
...- and the picture is generally decent! This might be because of the anti-shake function it has
- It has 3x optical zoom - a must if you intend to zoom in on objects (optical zoom is better than digital zoom)
- You can navigate to photos taken by the day/month/year you took them. It provides a calendar which you can click on - and it provides a snapshot of the first picture on each day that you took.
- It records video pretty well
- There are 33 common scenarios (Best Shot), which you can pick, and it will automatically set up the camera for that scenario, e.g. portrait picture, flowers, candlelight portrait
- The camera is extremely robust. I've dropped this while walking, and it's still working as well today as the day I got it. I've also managed to jam the lens - turning it on and turning it back off unjammed the lens (great work Casio...
