I have always found the site that offers good customer service, value for money as well as a prompt delivery. Out of all those companies the worst has to be, without a doubt, CD WOW...... I have an MBNA Reward card and I exchanged some points for a CD WOW e-voucher. Up to this point I had never used the company and so I started looking for the DVD of my choice to use the voucher. Cd Wow Indeed

...I'd read a review here on Ciao on CD WOW and a few days later a friend of mine mentioned it too. So I decided it was time to investigate further...... So off I went to www.cd-wow.co.uk Simple site designed in black, red and blue. I decided to sign up. This whole process took, five mins max! You just had to supply a few details including email address etc. Your email address doubles as your username and you have to make up a password for your account. On the left hand side of the page is as the top twenty CDs (based on UK CHARTS) and in the middle pre-releases and a review of a new album (at the moment David Gray) then on the right hand side has a ad telling you about the amazing free delivery, customer service details, dvds, and games. What? are they old cds or something? nope, all new releases cost only £8.99, except if the cd is a double disc or some other special release and even still the cd will be much cheaper than the usual high street competitors like hmv, virgin, tower records, even fopp. They are able to avoid certain cost because cds are sent from Hong Kong. ...I had heard lots about www.cd-wow.co.uk as they seem to be advertising all over the place at the moment. I even had ads from them sent to my mobile phone!! Even though I find this kind of thing really annoying, when it comes to spending my hard earned cash, I am not proud and will buy from the cheapest source. I wanted to buy five CD’s for Christmas for various people and decided to look to see where I could get them for the lowest price. I searched the web independantly and also used www.dealtime.co.uk to compare prices and CDWOW easily came out as the cheapest. Of the five discs I wanted, they had four of them. CD WOW WOW WOW WOWEEEE

Advantages: fast delivery, despite coming from Hong Kong

The site responds quickly, a sign of the excellent design employed and the response of their servers. The layout is simple, uncluttered and it is easy to navigate and order. Almost too easy, you might say! Order tracking is available, but frankly they are so quick you'll probably not bother tracking the progress anyway. An email is sent confirming payment and soon after confirming despatch. Now then, the sordid tale of payment - well, not so sordid really! I thought I would take the plunge and start my music CD collection, so I searched the net for resources. I was absolutely flabbergasted at the price of CDs! Some were over £15! When I was 16 you could buy a single from Woolies (Woolworth?s Stores) for just 99p. That?s a 45rpm by the way, not a 78rpm, and an album would set you back £4.99. That?s the wonder of Woolies! ...Before I began to order from CD WOW, I came here first to check the reviews. Having seen the recent reviews, I admit I was very worried, but seeing as CD WOW uses Paypal which makes it stand out in the crowd for me, I decided to give it a go anyway after finding a brilliant DVD for just £2.99. It arrived within 5 days. Absolutely fantastic, no problems and CD WOW have continued to give me free vouchers for my further purchases. Where I believe people have gone wrong, although I cannot know for sure, is that you are able to buy items even if they do not state they are in stock. I have only ever bought items in stock.
