Advantages: Suppliments the Vitamins and Minerals Missing in my Restricted Diet
Disadvantages: Not enought calcium and pills are big

...was missing I popped back down to my local boots and stocked up again, I hope I have the same sucess as I had the first time I have a milk alergy which means I miss out on calcium, but unfortunity the centrum does not help me with this, this is the only negitive I can see with the product other than the size of the tablet its self...

Sore throat sufferers of the world unite...

Advantages: They really DO work, and you can actually notice a difference!
Disadvantages: A healthy diet is probably better!

...and asked was there any way of avoiding having my tonsils whipped out. A nurse from home advised me that multivitamins are a great way to minimise throat infections, and that Centrum were the best of the lot. Now I feel it is my civic duty to spread this word throughout the land of Ciao. Since I started taking Centrum, all of 4 or 5 years ago, I would say I have only had maybe 10 mornings where I have woken up with a sore throat. The change is amazing! Throw away your throat lozenges and get down to your local Boots. I'm not sure how much Centrum costs in Britain but I imagine if you plonk your fiver down on the counter you'll at least get the 30 capsules size. ...I first discovered these multi vitamin tablets after my doctor advised me I needed more vitamins in me than I was getting from my food. Being a ?teenage girl? (19!) at the time, I needed lots of iron?apparently! After trying many different types of vits, from vits for spotty tweenages to vits for over active sports people! ...just come back from a 4 night stay at this hotel. have stayed in novotel hotels before so i knew what to expect!! firstly the name! CENTRUM that would lead you to believe that it is centrally located! then think again! it is a good 15min walk ,which ok is nothing! (and the hotel is in a beautiful setting near the river) but when you start exploring this beautiful city, you do not realise just how much walking you will do!!!! There is a tram stop just across the road and 2 stops you are in the centre! thats fine but when you get the tram back, where it drops you off you are on like an intersection which is very busy, and unless you use the underpasses( there are 2, one being along side the river, the other by a supermarket, okay during the day but i would be a bit cautious at night! there were some drunks around!) you can always play...

We had made the booking a month earlier after trawling through various websites, comparing Warsaw's four and five star hotels, their locations, facilities and, most importantly, their prices.
