It's a 3 story double fronted doll's house for children aged 3+ with a removable pink roof and doors, and a carry handle at the top. The house is made of light coloured MDF and the the front section opens on both sides to reveal a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Under the removable roof there is a huge attic room. All rooms are undecorated. The doll's house comes with 4 wooden doll's, a mum, dad, boy and girl all dressed in basic but pretty gingham clothing. It also comes with enough furniture to fill each room, including appliances for the kitchen and facilities for the bathroom. These are also made of wood. A wooden farm.

Advantages: Good play opportunities
Disadvantages: the 2 d animals

...with had the addition of other toy animals and perhaps not all of the Bigjig toy animals that should come with this farm. However most of the Bigjig animals were there. The big jig animals like the frees are not 3D they are flat, about 1cm thick so they do stand up reasonably well. There are a couple of pink pigs, a couple of sheep, two cows two horses,, two chickens a dog and a ginger cat. There is a wooden 2 dimensional farmer and his wife too. There is a tractor and a wooden lawn mower (at least that's what I think it is.) Then there is a wooden 3 dimensional wheelbarrow with a wooden spade. There are a couple of wooden tubs for animal feed . Then there are a few wooden trees these stand on a firm base, they are not 3d though they are flat, probably about1cm thick I seem to recall. A good quality toy but not quite hen shaped!

The widest red one starts the process at the bottom ascending with each subsequent ring being slightly smaller than the previous one as the colours change through orange to the smallest yellow ring at the top. The white hen?s head is then placed on the top making a colourful cone shaped hen measuring 13.5cm by 15cm ? yes I know it isn?t very realistic but bear with me it does help with the child?s development. ...seems pretty safe for a young child. It also seems very robust as it is constantly getting bashed and dropped by my son yet it is still working. I imagine this toy was bought from Woolworths originally which is obviously no longer a shopping option. However Argos have taken over the sale of Chad Valley toys and it is currently available from them priced at £14.99....

Now he is able to use them how they are meant to be played with I thought I would write a quick review on them.
