...Willy the Champ I have always enjoyed Anthony Browne picture books, not only because of the story line but also the illustrations which have lots and lots of detail, and which are often quite humorous. This story is a sequel to Willy the Wimp, and is a great one to read to children who are maybe going through self esteem issues. **Story and Illustrations** We meet Willy (if you didn't meet him in Willy the Wimp) lying on a brightly decorated sofa with a butterfly from the design of the sofa fabric apparently leaving the sofa and flying on the wall. Willy looks very thoughtful and we find out why?he doesn't seem to "be any good at anything". It finds him making waht could be said to his first album that moved completely away from the darkness that came with his two 1998 records as he broke into the game. This one features many more club-based joints and so gives him the chance to connect with a wider audience, but you still get hints of the past here too. 1. ?Dog Intro? 2. ?My Life? He sets things out with a pretty hardcore one and a track that I felt has a good one to take us right into his world where we are forced to hear him going right in with some of his deeperst stuff. I think that the steady, simplistic structure that you get from this one was nice to have as the opening to the record as you find that it eases you in as initially he simply gives a sort of list of things for you to take with you...

The Best Street in the World

...It has got to be said the Champs Elysees has to be the best Street in the World! I have just come back from an absolutely fantastic time spent on a weekend in Paris - one of the best parts of my trip there was looking down the Champs Elysees from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. Something I will never forget - and will treasure the photo I took of that view! The view is absolutely fantastic - a birds eye view of not only the Champs Elysees but of the whole of Paris strectching over to the Effiel Tower. It certainly is a must-see when visiting Paris. Once you pull yourself away from the dizzy heights of the Arc de Triomphe - be prepared to shop til you drop on the Champs Elysees - and remember to pick your lower jaw up off the floor at the magnificant shops that are there to be seen and explored - everything you could want from...

Wide, Magnificent et Beautiful

Advantages: Wide, magnificent et beautiful (as the title suggests)
Disadvantages: Quite long and so many attractions on the way so may take rather long time

...Walking down the Champs Elysee in a sunny day is just the perfect thing to do in Paris. We started from the other end of the Concord. It is uphill and you can just see l'arc de triumphe on the other side of hill and you just feel that you had to walk down there - a little experience of how Napoleon felt when he rode here (although the other way round!) At the first half of the street there are not much but paths to parks at either side and I think there was a palace-like building. There were the French Parasols down both sides of the road and it did remind me of London (can't remember its name but the one down to the parliament - I think). Then shops starts to come on both sides - perfume shops, cafes, cinemas and even garages (of Peutgeot and Citron)! The one I loved most is the Peutgeot garage (believe it or not!) coz there...

Champs by name...?

Advantages: Friendly, good service, nice food.
Disadvantages: Gets too busy at times, noisy, no cask ales.

...Champs is situated in an ideal location, right in the middle of Sheffield's vibrant Ecclesall Road, which is populated with numerous quality bars and restaurants. It's great location, coupled with decent, fairly priced food means that most nights (and days) its packed to the rafters. When my family came to visit me in Sheffield, I was stumped at a place to take them, as they had a small child (my six year old sister) in tow, and Ecclesall road's reataurants are renowned for being swanky, not child friendly. As we wandered past my partner was struck by the special's board advertising monkfish kebabs, so we ambled nervously in. The friendly waitress informed us that children were allowed in the restaurant, but not the adjacent bar area. This suited us fine, as the bar looked extremely busy, and there were a fair few inebriated 'hooray...

...We own a 1995 Renault Espace 2.1td, It is the Champs Elysees model, This model is fitted with very comfortable Pilot seats that swivel round to face the back of the car, The drivers seat once turned round to face the rear has a lock at the bottom which you lock so that the seat can not be turned back round without the key, It is an antitheft method which i think works great. This model also comes with Air Con which is great on any hot or cold day. It is fitted with Electric windows in the front but wind down windows in the back, which was a bit of a put of at first but never the less are cheaper to repair if the mechanism breaks, It has electric mirrors and central locking that works from the key fob. If you want a car with a lot of space then this is for you, All the seats are easily removed within 5 minutes or if you dont want to...
