Chanel Tient Innocence, a fabulous find!

Advantages: Wonderful coverage and finish, many choices to match most skin colors.

...Recently, I rushed to the Chanel counter to purchase foundation, only to discover they were out of my shade in the Tient Fluide Universal. I panicked, as I was addicted to this product for years. The salesperson immediately recommended that I try the Tient Innocence as a substitute. I was apprehensive about changing to another foundation but allowed her to remove my base and apply the Tient Innocence in my usual color. I fretted that she was just attempting to make a sale. To my complete surprise, the finish was flawless, any red spots, unevenness, or discolorations were covered without a mask like feel. My skin felt soft and clean. I was absolutely sold! I have purchased three bottles so far and plan on continuing to use this fabulous foundation. Ladies, while it seems a bit pricey, I highly recommend investing in this product....

...One of my fave foundations as it seems to work magic not just on my skin but on my friend's skin who often has outbreaks. -Packaging-- It's a good-looking bottle compared to most foundations I have purchased, this does actually look quiet good and elegant. --Application-- Wipe the sponge onto the foundation or use a foundation brush and then apply directly to your face with a circular motion. However, this is not as easy as it sounds as it's easy to apply unevenly, particularly around the eyes, mouth and nostrils, so make sure you check your work before doing the rest of your makeup. --Texture-- I love the silky feel to this foundation, it give a great matte look which is defiantly great for people like myself who have combination dry and oily skin. ...This is a radiance boosting, anti fatigue, light reflecting foundation containing SFP 15 Protection, moisturisers and micro circulation boosting brown seaweed. It can be applied in layers to build up a high coverage and at the same time always gives a 'no make-up' invisable finish, I should also add that this gives its coverage by reflecting light therefor one light layer alone makes a beautiful difference to the look of your skin. ...Chanel No. 5 will always remain a controversial perfume. Although used and praised for decades it's still a love or hate fragrance. I think it's because of aldehydes, the most important constituents of this fragrance. They possess a waxy, fatty smell that often makes think on washed and dried clothe. Aldehydes are found in nature (for example in a citrus peel), but never in amounts used in Chanel No. 5. That makes this smell a bit unnatural from one side, but it also gives an interesting exotic twist. In my opinion EDP is much softer than EDT version - the aldehydes are less sharp and the floral bouquet is more prominent. On my skin it starts with a fresh citrus note that slightly fades into a floral hart of orange blossom, rose and jasmine. ...I have always liked the Chanel range of perfumes but felt that because they are quite heavy and spicey they are only really suitable for evening time. However, recently Chanel have launched a lighter more flowery perfume called Coco Mademoselle. Because it is quite pricey at between £45 and £60 a bottle I could not justify buying it for myself. So I was delighted when my staff who obviously think I am just a wonderful boss bought me some for Christmas!! This fragrance appears to appeal to both male and females as I have had many compliments whilst wearing it. It also has great staying power, usually most perfumes will dissappear half way through the day however, I find that I prefer to use it as an evening perfume probably due to the fact that it is so expensive and I want it to last as long as possible.
