...I first bought these when I had my son 4 years ago, yes I hated the thought of putting my precious bundle down on any unsterile surface, I was simply not prepared to risk it! I have since had a baby girl aswell and still use them as I found they are not just for the paranoid mother who thinks that everything is unclean but they are in fact very useful pieces of kit. The obvious use for these is when you go to use baby changing facilities (many of which do not look very clean!) you simply lay one out on the existing mat and you can be sure that your baby is laid on something clean and also that your baby wont dirty the mat for the next baby who uses it! Changing baby time!

...Okay so here's another product I didn't realise you could write more than a few words on before I had Baby B! To look at a changing mat it looks quite simple really, nothing to it, but there are many subtle differences between the ones out there believe me! We originally bought this one as it looked to be very substantial as it was slightly larger than the others and it was plastic coated so easy to wipe down. The design is gingham checks too so it was fairly neutral to go with our neutral coloured nursery. This mat is typical of a changing mat as it's covered in a plastic covering which makes it very hygienic as it's easy to just wipe clean with an anti-bacterial wipe afterwards. They love to play with their toys and splash around but there's always that element of worry knowing that your baby is playing in water and that the bath is very slippy so you do need to keep your baby as safe as possible. ...When i was about eight years old i used to be an avid wrestling fan, but i stopped watchin it at about 12 years old. Lately ive been getting back into it and have become very involved again and this led me to read the biography of Mick Foley and in his book he metions the film Beyond The Mat. It was this metion that made me want ot go and buy the film, so when i finally found a copy of it i bought it. She recommended it as she has two boys aswell and cannot always be in the same place all the time with her daughter.
