Charles Worthington Dry Shampoo - definitely worth it!
Advantages: Pleasant smelling, easily and quickly rubbed in
Disadvantages: More expensive than other products but worth it!
...Charles Worthington Dry Shampoo is a great product for reviving hair in between washes. It's perfect for when you're in a hurry and don't have time to wash and dry your hair, or if you're staying with friends/boyfriend/etc and need a quick fix!
It works like other dry shampoos on the market - it comes out as a spray and sprays white powder onto the hair. You then rub the hair vigorously until the white powder disappears and is absorbed into the hair. It instantly makes hair look fresh and clean.
I've used several other dry shampoos on the market, and this is by far the best. Others tend to have a strong distinct smell which hangs around all day, and are not as well "absorbed" into the hair, leaving it looking a little grey if you are blonde, or lighter on brunettes. Charles Worthington dry shampoo smells pleasant but is not too...

Charles Worthington Dream Hair.
Advantages: The title says it all.
Disadvantages: None that I can think of, a little on the pricey side.
...These hair care products definately get my vote when it comes to professional haircare. I have recently tried the Charles Worthington Dream Hair Heavenly Hairwash Shampoo and Seeing is Believing Conditioner, when the two haircare products are combined, they leave your hair feeling gently scented and full of body and shine, Charles Worthington products are a little on the pricey side, but they do give good results, a lot of shops such as Boots and Superdrug stock these items, Charles Worthington are continualy bringing out new products in their range. Good if you can get the bargains in Boots because they have a three for two offer on at the moment. Charles Worthington do haircare products for specific hairtypes which is good because you can use the products that are particularly good for your specific haircare needs....

Charles Worthington's Great
Advantages: Leaves your hair looking fab
Disadvantages: Can be more expensive that other shampoos
...This shampoo is quite expensive - but in my opinion definately worth it. Initally l was introduce to the product by a hairdresser friend, who recommended it, l then saw that Boots had a special offer on so l thought ld give it a go.
A little goes a long way. You dont need to use half the bottle to wash your hair, and after one wash you can tell your hair is clean. It lathers up well and smells lovely. Its not difficult to rinse out either.
The packaging is quiet contemporary and Mr Worthington has a range of products suitable for all hair types - from those of us with that irriating problem of flaky scalps to you lucky people with normal hair! He also produces styling products to use along side these lines.
I would recommend that you use his conditioner alongside the shampoo so that you notice the real difference.

Fancy name - effective shampoo
Advantages: Fabulous smell. Effective, non-drying shampoo.
Disadvantages: Not the cheapest in the store. Not for people who avoid parabens.
...I have to be honest. The first time I saw this product on a supermarket shelf I gave it a brief glance and kept on walking. You see I just don?t like fancy names for everyday products and irrespective of the price or the claims made in the advertising statements shampoo is exactly that ? an everyday product. Even the bottle looked just a little too pretentious for me and I?m not so easily swayed by elaborate presentation.
Some months later I asked my hairdresser if she could recommend a new shampoo/conditioner combination for me to try. I had recently recovered from an illness but my hair was lagging behind in its recovery. What could I use that might just help a little? She recommended this shampoo immediately and she stressed that for good results the conditioner from the same range would also be necessary. I was genuinely...

Charles Well
Advantages: Good product
Disadvantages: Bit pricey
...Being a typical male, when it comes to haircare products, I?m not to fussed about the brand name, as long as it works! When Charles Worthington as on special offer, I thought it may be worth a try, even if it did stretch my student budget. The yellow bottle that it comes in makes the product stand out well, as does the product itself. The shampoo squeezes easily out of the plastic bottle into your hand, and on wet hair rubs in very, producing plenty of bubbles to spread around your scalp. It washes out well, doesn?t leave any greasy residue, smells good and leaves your hair nice and squeaky clean!
The product is quite expensive at around five pounds per bottle, but used every other day can last a long time, and gives good value for money, especially if you don?t go overboard by using too much of it each time you wash your hair....

My hair is worthy for worthington
Advantages: try before you buy
Disadvantages: None I can think of
...As you may or not be aware I am a huge fan of all hair and beauty products and am always keen to try something new, on a recent visit to boots, I was looking around the shampoo section and noticed the Charles Worthington section, I usually use other hair salon products but have never tried these, so I was looking through a rather impressive and extensive range and spotted some tiny bottles of shampoos and conditioners. Being intrigued I began to look a little closer, I was shocked by the range on offer - an amazing 23 different products in the take-away range from:
Shine on Shampoo
Nourish as needed rebalancing conditioner
Wake up, wash and condition for men
No flake shampoo
Stay cool heat protecting spray
Shine gloss and refresh spray
To mention a few.
I was spoilt for choice but eventually decided on the Shine on Shampoo...

Super-Shiny, Frizz Free??
Advantages: The Smell
Disadvantages: Doesn't make my hair frizz free or super-shiny!
...- What does it promise? -
~ Enriched with moisturising rice protein and anti-oxidant white tea.
It helps to:
~ gently cleanse
~ uncover brilliant shine
~ detangle and de-frizz
~ remove styling product build up and residues
~ smooth hair?s cuticle
~ boost shine
- Price and Packaging -
This retails at £4.55 for a 250ml bottle. However Boots are currently offering a 3 for 2 deal for this and other Charles Worthington hair products
This comes in a pale blue semi transparent plastic bottle. It is quite a flat bottle as opposed to cylindrical like many other hair products that I have.
The conditioner is dispensed through a small hole. You open the bottle by pressing down on one side of the top section and the other side flips up to reveal the hole.
This is far better than other products that have a large hole...

Not Worthington The Money!
Advantages: Frequently On Offers
Disadvantages: Greasy Hair, Lanky Hair, Too Much Packaging.
...and blow dry smooth.
For Hairs Types: It states this product is suitable for all hair types
I followed the instruction and washed my hair- I was using Charles Worthington shampoo and conditioner which I had bought as part of another offer but it doesn't state if you are to have the best results, use Charles Worthington Shampoo & Conditioner. I was fairly confident in this serum already, it fitted in my hand very well and I was able to dispense the serum easily, even with my hands being wet from drying my hair.
My hair is fairly long- you might be able to tell that already from my photo but what you can't see it that my hair comes past my shoulders and is at chest level at the moment, so I would argue my hair would come under the long category and therefore require the maximum recommended dose of the serum, 3 pumps. Texture wise, my...

Good 'Results for Men' by Charles Worthington
Advantages: Masculine smell, good cleaning, lasts a long time
Disadvantages: Looks expensive compared to 'normal' men's shampoos
...I stumbled upon this in a promotional offer at Boots, and decided to give it a try. As I habitually change brand based on the offers available, this has been the first one I've come back to time and again.
The product is a shampoo and conditioner in one, and comes in a respectable bottle - not one you'd be ashamed of in the locker room. The dispenser is a pump action (good for the gadget loving male) and a couple of presses seems to give the right amount. The dispenser foams the shampoo on the way out, and it lathers well.
While trying to characterise its smell, this one left me stumped. It has a clean but not too soapy smell, with hints of citrus and an overall woody masculine note. Basically, it smells good and isn't overpowering.
Results wise it rinses quickly and cleanly, leaving your hair smooth, clean and not...

Charles Worthington takeaways
Advantages: small, cute and look good in the bathroom!
Disadvantages: too small?
...They were orriginally made for holiday makers who didn't want to lug around their usual size (big and heavy) hair products, but they are the new must have products found in most bathrooms around the country.
Whatever product you're looking for, i garuntee you will find it in the Charles Worthington collection, found conveiniently in most boots stores up and down the country. The collection contains shampoos, conditioners, leave in conditioners, serums, hairspray and other finishing products, for various hair types and even a 'holiday hair' range - specialising in protecting your hair in the heat.
They're a good buy if you're unsure about buying a product. These cheap, small, takeaways are the perfect solution as you can decide for yopurself whether they're worth splashing out for the full size product (which they are...
