...When i bought a multi pack of walkers when i was shopping at my local asdas and saw there was a new packet in there it was cheddar cheese and i thought mmm cannot wait till i get home and try these. ...Mexicana cheese is a delicious cheese which contains peppers and chilli's. I was first introduced to it when working on a deli at my local supermarket and I have literally never looked back, buying it at the end of my shift every week! In my opinion it can be used in a multitude of situations including on toast, in fajitas, crackers, even on a home made pizza- the list is endless. It is even enjoyable grated on warm, toasted bread topped with baked beans. It can be slightly hot to eat, so avoid if you dislike things with a spicy kick! if you are looking for a cheese which is different to your average cheddar then I highly recommend this one!
