...After hearing Scar Tissue and Californication when round a mate’s house on MTV, it seemed impossible not to buy this album, especially after hearing that it had gone platinum over forty times world-wide. I did not really know what the ‘Peppers’ were about, what kind of music they played (well, I knew it was rock) or what kind of style they had. I knew their previous album (blood sex and magic or something) had gone down really well, and that this was a brilliant follow-up to it. The first six tracks on this album are basically faultless. Around the World (number one) starts with this magic guitar riff, and expect this from the rest of the album. This is followed by Parallel Universe then Scar Tissue, one of the hits of the album. Sweet Peppers

Advantages: Taste lovely
Disadvantages: When growing from seed it takes a long time

...Growing Sweet Peppers I took a gap year out and the communities I seen along the way grew a lot of their own food, which inspired me to grow some vegetables of my own. I decided to be adventurous and grow peppers. They are quite hard work but worth it in the end when you are cutting off the delicious peppers to eat. Sweet peppers are in the same family as tomatoes and potatoes. ...Feeling lazy again after a hard day at work I decided to cook an east meal . I boiled a pan of water, opened a value pack of pasta. The pasta is in a bag of 500 g. Then I found a little jar (190g), of Sacla Tomato & Chilli Paste 190g. My pasta cooked for about 15 minutes. I then drained and rinsed the pasta with boiling water. Then I twisted the cap off the glass jar and poured in the thick sauce. Next I stirred the Sacla Tomato & Chilli Paste into the pasta and stirred to cover all the pasta. I reheated the pasta on the hob while I stirred the sauce in the pasta covered this amount of pasta quite well. I served some of the pasta in sauce onto 2 plates one for hubby one for me and sprinkled some parmesan cheese on top. We sat down to eat. This was a tasty easy quick meal. ...Red Hot Chilli peppers, live in Hyde Park 2004. Now it was sometime ago now but I still feel it is very worth writing about. To have a gig in Hyde Park, London, I feel puts a good edge on a concert anyway. To go to a concert in the centre of one of the biggest cities in the world is something that sticks in your mind forever but for that concert to be the Red Hot Chilli Peppers (one of the biggest bands in the world playing in one of the biggest cities) just tops it off. Chilling in Chillies

Advantages: If you want to pull a scouser this is your place!
Disadvantages: Lads can be a bit pervy, music could be better

...Oh dear! What a disaster! This club has got to be the most scalliest place that I have ever encountered, yet somehow I always seem to find myself in here on the typical saturday girls night out! My friends love it in here though. This is probably due to the fact that they are mostly single(or unfaithful) and they view it as one of the top pulling spots on girlie nights out. I would agree with that statement to a degree, if your on the pull in Liverpool, Chillies is your place, infact your almost guaranteed to pull, however don't expect top quality totty. All the times that I have been it has been full of larger louts, scallys and obviously underage kids thinking they are cool with their bottles of WKD!!!
