...Product: Thorntons 12 mini chocolate brownie I'm pretty sure that most of us crave a lot for sweets, chocolates, brownies, cookies , cakes and ice cream... Oh my!!! before i get carried away, i almost finish the packet without my knowing. I enjoy munching them while making this review. Is it a good thing? maybe yeah!!! I actually tried controlling myself with all these fatty and full of calories product. But to be honest, i'm getting worse as i tried hard to deal with it . I crave a lot more as a result i have found another yummy treat when my craving starts to kick in. Advantages: Luxurious chocolately ice cream

...Ben & Jerry's is a luxury ice cream brand sold in the major supermarkets and many cinemas and other concession stands. I've tried a few flavours, as well as trying other brands and the B&Js Chocolate Fudge Brownie is the only ice cream I ever buy now. It is a very rich, chocolately and moreish treat. The ice cream is creamy and has a real chocolate taste without being too sweet. Throughout the ice cream there are chunks of brownie and unlike other brands and indeed other flavours by this brand they have not skimped on these at all. There are lots of big chunks of soft, dark, chewy chocolate brownie making the ice cream a real treat to eat. It comes in a cardboard tub with a cardboard lid that tends to go a little soggy when going in and out of the freezer but it serves its purpose. The tubs are 500g and do at least 4 decent...

Co-op Fairtrade Chocolate Brownies!

Advantages: tasty, chocolately and fair trade
Disadvantages: calories, and a bit dry

...Brownies are one of those things you know you shouldn't have but must. I was tempted by these particularly as they are Fairtrade which automatically gives them a good vibe. I mean you're not just helping co-op, your helping 3rd world countries too. It gives me the same good feeling when buying fair trade as it does when i buy local prduce with the mud still on veg, or organic goods. So even though it's chocolate it still has that feel good element to it. Co - op in particular is one of the first UK fair trade only supermarkets so have a large range of these goodies. I will be reviewing the delicious chocolate brownies for this one. ...My friend brought a pck of these weight watchers brownies to work last night. I am always on the look out for low sin (slimming world) products especially sweet things so I had one. They come in a mainly white cardboard box with the weightwatchers brand name in dark blue writing and chocolate brownies written under that in the same dark blue. Beneath that is the decription of the product in grey much smaller writing. It says 4 delicious sponge cakes with chocolate icing with sugar and sweetener. There is then a picture of 4 quite yummy looking chocolate brownies with nice glossy loooking icing atop them. On the front of the package it states they are suitable for vegetarians, they contain 2 weightwatchers points, 0.6g of saturated fat and 143 calories this by the way is each not for the box! Fot anyone on slimming world...

...I was in the cinema for the first time in ages the other week and noticed that they where now serving Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, now the price in the cinema was too expensive for my liking but after seeing this flavour advertised i promised myself that as soon as saw it on offer i would treat myself, and tho and behold good things come to those who wait Appearance The tub is the standard old fashioned cardboard used for all Haagen Dazs ice-creams. The tub is also easily recognisable due to the bold white Ben & Jerry's Logo and the Chocolate Fudge Brownie tag underneath. These are particulary highlighted agains the chocolate brown background. Dream Brownies

Advantages: Rich, goey, fairtrade, good value

...On my quest to find the perfect chocolate brownie, I stumbled accross these in my local Co-op. I love chocolate cake in general, but a 'proper' brownie for me is dream food. By 'proper' I mean it should have a firm top and be slightly goey or chewy on the inside. Nuts or choccy chips are ok, but not too many. Yes, I'm a brownie perfectionist. To be honest, many brownies I have tried just taste like a slice of chocolate cake and I am often left disapointed. Until these.... They cost me £1.49 which I think is good value. They are Fairtrade (even better!) and have a dark brown cardboard sleeve with the description, nutritional advice & ingredients. The brownies themselves are in plastic protective packaging to stop them being squashed and then this is all wrapped in clear cellophane. Rather a lot of wrapping for a fairtrade item...

...?and so here starts the marathon trek through the Weight Watchers range of treats to help keep me on my diet whilst satiating my sweet tooth. Despite eating enough marmite to sink a small whale, I still haven?t developed a so called ?savoury tooth?, but luckily WW have come to my rescue with a range of cakes which taste like the real thing whilst being low in POINTS. On a trip to my local Bargain Madness (or B&M as it seems to be inexplicably shortened to) I found the entire range at 99p a box instead of the usual £1.29 I seem to generally pay ? ...I thought I share a great recipe with you, which I'm going to make after I finish this :-) I got it from my mother in law (to be) and I've done it many times since, because it's so easy and quick, and it tastes great! Plus I always have the ingredients for it at home anyway. This is what you need for your chocolate Brownies: a square form (grease tin) which should be around 10x6 inches (26x20cm) 75g of chocolate 100g butter or margarine 2 eggs 150g brown sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence 100g flour 50g nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts) pinch of salt First you have to melt the chocolate and butter in a waterbath on low heat (put one small pan with the choppend chocolate and butter in a bigger pan which is filled with water) Now you can add the sugar, eggs and vanilla.
