...I have difficult to manage rebellious hair. I have to wash and dry it every morning to avoid frightening my children too much! In fact the other morning my 5-year-old son cuddled me and told me I looked just like a giant hairball! I think this was meant to be a compliment. Anyway you get the picture! I always use a hair dryer to dry my hair, pulling it into shape as I dry. My hair had become very dry and frizzy. About a year ago my hairdresser recommend I use Kerastase Resistance ciment thermique, a product that she said would work wonders! I had tried other Kerastase products in the past I was really impressed with them so agreed to give this a go. Amazing Hair Product , L'Oreal Kerestase Ciment

Advantages: Makes hair silky, shiny and manageable + smells divine!

...I have platinum blonde, bleached hair. After bleaching and using straightening irons so often my hair started to get very dry and damaged, it got so bad that my hair was constantly snapping with every brush. I tried this shampoo along with 'Ciment Anti-Usure' conditioner and 'Forcintense' weekly treatment also from the Kerastase Resistance range. After one use I immediately noticed a difference in my hair, it felt much softer and healthier. After using this product along with the other two for 6 weeks, I was shocked, my hair had stopped snapping (apart from the odd occasional strand, but before it was coming out in clumps) and was back to the condition I first started in before touching bleach! This shampoo is pricey, but for the health of your hair it is really worth it. I would reccomend it to anyone with damaged hair. The smell...

The holy grail for those with straw instead of hair!

Advantages: Cost-effective; restores hair back to health

...products to those on the high street. You really do need only the tiniest blob of shampoo; about the size of a 5p as it distributes evenly throughout the hair and creates a really rich lather. The smell is quite fresh and zingy and re-enforces the feeling that you are putting life back into your hair! I usually shampoo twice, first with a cleansing shampoo (at the moment I am alternating between Lush's 'Big' shampoo and Aussie's Mega shampoo). I use Bain De Force for my second shampoo, as previously mentioning; only using a 5p sized blob. I massage through my hair for approximately 2 mins and then rinse out. At this stage, my hair feels thoroughly cleansed. ...for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with an application of an entire tube of 'Forcexterne' in the same way. Okay, now that is how it reccomends you use it on the box, but I like to have it last a little longer, so instead I use 'Forcinterne' one week and then 'Forcexterne' the next week. So now instead of a three week supply, I have a six week supply! This might not work on your hair or you might prefer to use both at once, but for me I find it works just as well using one tube per week. Also, after using it I find I need to use a conditioner so I use 'Ciment Anti-Usure' also from the Kerastase Resistance range. I would highly reccomend you purchase the matching shampoo and conditioner to use along side this for added results. The only downside of these coming in ready prepared tubes is if you have short or thin hair you...
