CIS - Great Service!

Advantages: Great service, Extremley cheap cover
Disadvantages: Bit slow on claims

...CIS insurance is the cheapest insurer i have found to insure both of my cars. Bearing in mind i am 19, male and own a 1.6 16v Vauxhall Astra, I still got covered for only £391 a year, this was on my dads policy but his no claims bonus got transferred into my name. (you will have to ask them about this) THE SERVICE - Second to none in my book... Firstly i got a quote through the website, which was really easy to use, then once getting the quote i phoned them. They gave me an even better quote than on their website so its always good to ring them too. My cover came the next day which is unheard of with other insurers, so all in all i got a great service. CIS - Ticket to freedom

Advantages: CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!
Disadvantages: dodgy? who said that? I'm slightly deaf in this ear.

...drivers? Although no one believes it we are safer than some other groups of drivers. People I know couldn't believe the prices me and my friends had to pay to these extorting companies, all to give us a piece of paper to make us legal. I DO NOT agree with driving uninsured but it's no wonder those less well off risk it. In my first year, driving a group 1 car I found insurance quotes to be around 1200 pounds for me and my little car, just me, and third party fire and theft! £1200! Oh well, we pay it and accept that it's what we have to do. The second year is still very bad with insurance in the many 100's. That was until we found CIS. Seemingly the only company around to send a guy round to your house in an attempt to get your vote was CIS. Which I thought was a very good move. Nice and personal. CIS - The overlooked insurance

Advantages: Very competetive, payment terms available. Excellent customer service.
Disadvantages: No real problems

...If you are young or old, try asking for a motor insurance quotation from the CIS. My vehicle is a Range Rover with an engine conversion. Most companies would not even quote, the CIS insured it at normal rates, and these rates are very competetive. Also, if you do happen to have an accident, I understand that they are very efficient in settling, and this comes not from personal experience, but from a friend in the motor trade who repairs cars, and who often has trouble with other 'all singing, all dancing' companies, who when push comes to shove, literally, don't fulfil their obligations to the customer. Also I know, particularly if you are young the temptation is to look for a cheap alternative, but in the long term, it is best to start a policy in your own name, and start to build your no claims. Don't forget, DRIVE CAREFULLY....

cis verses chaos

Advantages: Quick to sort quote and cover over phone / internet
Disadvantages: they seldom put their phone number clearly on header mail addresses

...My experience with the co-op had been good if it was to the offices and not my broker. He was hard to get hold of, had no answer machine to leave messages and would send out odd bills of around £10. with no explanation as to what it was for. Then unfortunately I had a car crash, the other person took responsibility (it was their fault and I am sure not deliberate). It took the co-op over three months to pay out £950. (not that much really) This was only after my having called them on several occasions, and more than once i was told the cheque was in the post. In the meantime I had been loaned an older style car by my partner, I transferred the remaining few months insurance to this car had to pay an increase as it was a bigger engine (fair enough). In the night garden ninky nonk train set

Advantages: strong, versatile, compact, nice bright colours, fun to play with
Disadvantages: none so far

...I decided to buy the in the night garden ninky nonk train set from Amazon as my young daughter is a big fan of in the night garden and whenever it comes on TV she gets really excited. So as my daughter already had some of the other characters from the show I wanted her to have the whole set and since buying it the train set the ninky nonk train set has become one of her favourite toys to play with on a daily basis. The train set can come apart and be attached on many different ways and my daughter enjoys looking at the nice bright colours and putting some of the other in the night garden characters onto the train set even though it keeps falling of now and again it keeps her busy and sometimes I hear her in fits of giggles. The train set is very cute and versatile and its great as children such as mine can have hours of fun with it...

Reliable and Reasonable at the CIS

Advantages: Reasonable premiums. Good glass cover
Disadvantages: Its car insurance, therefore its an unwanted expense isn't it

...approved repairer. The approved repairer scheme is second to none as a courtesy car is provided whilst your motor is undented and fixed! I have shopped around at renewal date since being a customer of CIS but I never found a truly better quote. When the quote has been better, they have demanded silly things like a £500 excess. Another important thing I like about CIS is glass cover. This means that if any of my windows get smashed (attempted break-in for example) then I can get Autoglass to come and fix the glass, and CIS will foot the bill. Well most of it… This service incurs a £50 excess but if your windscreen gets smashed you certainly save, and also it helps should a side window have an unfortunate accident with a drunken yob’s brick. I have had to claim twice for glass, and as the side windows on my Punto are £90...

The all round performer reflects the time that this film was written because actors were trained then in all areas of performance.
