The Wii Fit Plus is an excellent add on, and great fun!

Mets x your weight x time (hours) x 0.48 = Cal e,g 4 mets x 9st6lbs x 0.5hrs x 0.48 = 126cals The wii fit plus piggy is very cute and will keep you updated on the time spent on each exercise and your cals once you complete each task. The other brilliant thing that Wii Fit plus offers is the multiplayer where you can play with and against other friends and family. All in all I love this game and it is a big hit within my family, I have had to let my family have limited amounts of time on each to stop arguments, this in my opinion is well worth the money and a little addictive, which is great as we as a family can get fitter and have fun too! :)...

...Orbit Complete sugar free gum. i have been using gum for years i use it not for taste but for a second way of cleaning my theeth , as when im at work etc.. i can not take my toothbrush, so i use gum. also i am insulin dep. diabetic and i get dry mouth due to my blood suger either going up or down and the gum is a great way to help stopping a dry mouth, when im out and about also the suger free helps as im not supposed to eat any suger at all. this gum also contains xailitol what is great for theeth and gums, its like brushing and fights bacteria and is a great addition to brushing, flossing etc... This gum comes in a cardboard pack and each piece of gum is wraped in like a greese proof paper. to keep it from sticking togeather and to keep it freash. This chewing gum comes in all the mint flavours and comes in a rectangle shape...

...a much more logical manner which are easily accessible.Also recently I discovered OSX comes with a game of chess which I have to say is very addictive. When I first saw OS X I was like O' my god this is completely different - but it only took me a few days before I got the hang of it and could then see all the positive things about it. Note though that the first two options require plug-ins at additional cost (£13.78 each). Ulead have done their best to ensure you have as much at your disposal as possible when it comes to creating your video masterpieces. One things still sorely lacking though is background rendering. Until you prepare your final output either to tape or DVD/CD, no rendering is done. Pinnacle's Studio 9 does this in the background as you work and it's a great time saver when filters and effects have been used. ...£99, however this is not for existing customers (you would think they would want to keep their existing customers happy!). All this and they did not have an engineer free until one month in the future, one month!!!! I've been finding it really hard to survive without my Sky plus For me Sky + television is great because you get such a wide range of channels and shows. Sky offers a number of different price packages depending on what you enjoy watching. For example, a sports subscription costs £39.50 a month, a movie subscription costs £37.50 a month and a basic multi room package costs £26.25. It's a bit costly and sometimes you find that there really is nothing to see but in my opinion Sky+ is a much better service than Virgin or Freeview and well worth the money and putting up with the customer non-service department....

Cisco IP Phone 7941

Advantages: ease of use, strong, durable, linking into GAL, remote managment and upgrades from call manager.
Disadvantages: Call quality is dependant on quality of the Network. Duplex settings, over utilized network, etc

...In my experience with the Cisco IP phone 7941, which has been for 5 years or so, has been nothing but pleasure. There features to link into AD and the ability to log onto any phone in the building and look up a user on the GAL on AD is very handy indeed. Call Transfer,Conference, Mute are the standard features. The Phones will have to be set up to work with a call manager, Which is a centre point to manage the phones, and has the ability to record conversation for quality control, etc. They have 2 options when it comes to powering these phones, on is to buy a power adapter, the other is to buy a Cisco Switch that can supply power to the phones via Ethernet. Enterprise A (Quantum) Leap back in time

Advantages: Tidy futuristic box set that contains all the season box sets

...the main characters get there own little story even Porthos the dog takes a very small lead roll, I'm glad to say its not just one unrelated story line after the another like TNG and TOS, their is an overall goal they're all working towards witch makes it very in grossing. I like the futuristic box the season sets comes in, it nicely saticfies the collector in me, It also makes it easier to store and watch the whole series back to back. If you're a huge Star Trek Fan then your desire to have the complete Enterprise collection will be satisfied with this box set, If you like Enterprise for the occasional episode its probably not worth paying for the fancy box, just buy the seasons separately for a much cheaper price.
