...Amsterdam is a beautiful city with its canals and bridges, and such a pretty sight at night when all the bridges are lit up. It is full of Museums and Art galleries, so much culture; it really is a marvellous place to visit. Hotel prices range from £25.00 per night up to £80.00. Then of course you can stay in one of the many hostels for just a few pounds, it depends what you are looking for. I personally like a nice hotel and found the City Breaks Brochure from Thomas Cook very helpful. I managed to book a four night stay at the Crown Plaza Holiday Inns through them and it cost me £249.00 per person, with flights,and a car to take us to and from the airport. Sin City review

Advantages: Looks incredible, great dialogue
Disadvantages: A bit gory at times

CITY CHIC

...City Glam is a fragrance which was first released in 2005 by Giorgio Armani; I have always liked the Giorgio Armani fragrances and have quite a few of them in my perfume collection so as soon as I spotted City Glam in my local Chemist's I had to buy it, and I knew I would like it. I paid £25 for a small 30ml bottle of City Glam Eau De Parfum approximately 7 months ago although Boots sell a 30ml bottle of the perfume for £22 according to their website. As you can see from the picture at the top of this review the bottle of perfume is supplied in a tall cylindrical pink bottle, which City Glam written in silver lettering. I think that the bottle looks quite stylish and plain because it is supplied in a metal tin as opposed to a glass bottle. Most of the Emporio Armani fragrances for both men and women are supplied in the metal tins...

...Which film was called "Brilliant" by Cosmopolitan and "Fabulous" by Glamour? It's the Sex and the City Movie of course. Yes, four years after the New York ladies left our lives they're back and are more stylish and sexy than ever. Let me start by saying that I did actually like the movie as I know there are various opinions out there. I did like the series but I was not a die hard fan and maybe that's the difference as I have heard that some die hard fans were not 100% impressed. I always felt that the show itself was quite edgy and on the cutting edge but I thought the movie was actually quite cheesy. It was almost as if they were making fun of themselves and really playing up to their stereotypes and being quite ironic about it. That said, I thought this worked as a concept too and didn't take away from my enjoyment of the film...
