Scottish Citylink: Coach didn't pick you up? That's your problem

...I recently bought a ticket to travel from Edinburgh to Stirling. I was waiting at the stop and saw the coach pull up, a plain white coach with a handwritten service number on a piece of card in the windscreen. The coach driver waited for a short time behind another Citylink coach which was at the stop, then the driver pulled out and drove off, apparently assuming there were no passengers waiting...

Scottish citylink travelling, various routes

Advantages: Cheap, mostly reliable transport, on time.
Disadvantages: Variable rates, passenger comfort

To start with, i would say that the company mostly arrives and delivers you to your destination....i have taken around 20+ journeys, from glasgow to edinburgh, inverness, aberdeen, etc, and have never found myself late, quite the opposite, with usually about 10-15 mins early being the norm. Basically a phone

Advantages: Makes and receives calls
Disadvantages: No answer machine
