...back and ask me in 20 years! My Thoughts This is a lovely hand cream that is pleasantly scented, leaves skin feel soft, smooth and soothes irritation. However I don't think I would pay the £14.50 or more to buy hand cream. I do like Clarins products and am prepared to pay more for face products but don't like to spend as much on my hands so whilst I am happy to use the free sample I wouldn't necessarily buy the full priced product....

A Whiff of Clarins!

Advantages: Some might like the clarins smell, the smell lasts (can be good or bad), softens skin
Disadvantages: Not great for really dry skin, smell can be overpowering, expensive

...I love Clarins products and have finally started to get round to reviewing some of the many products in their range that I have used. The first is the Clarins Eau Ressourcante Moisturising Body Lotion. The lotion comes from their ?blue? fragrance range which is Eau Ressourcante. The lotion is designed to hydrate, refresh and soften skin. It contains essential oils and also plant extracts including Sarsaparilla and Hibiscus which relax and moisturise, Robinia which soothes and softens and Longan which stimulates. It comes in a semi-opaque white plastic bottle with turquoise writing on the bottle. It has a screw top cap with a covered top which has a small opening. The small opening is good as you can just squeeze a small amount of the lotion out rather than pour too much out at one time. The bottle holds 250ml and costs £24...

This particular cleaner is meant to cleanse and tone in one easy step, which I thought was good since it would cut some time out of cleansing and toning separately. The cleanser comes with orange extract and is meant to 'renew radiance'. The bottle is quite a simple design. It is made of see-through clouded white plastic with a red 'Clarins' logo at the stop of the bottle. ...This was part of a gift set with a clarins soap and a face cream all with the same packaging. I had never used clarins facial stuff before, I only use their lipliners which are fabulous. Clarins claim on their magazine adverts that this is like a soap and water experience. And it is. Its very lightly perfumed and gives you the sensation of applying s soapy lather. Now I have very sensitive skin and I usually have to pay a lot for my facial creams. For cleansers I usually use' simple' products because they are so delicate. Although they dry out my skin. With Clarins it was the forst time that Ive found a cleanser which doesnt give me any spots and doesnt majorly dry out my skin. It slightly dries my skin but I have very dry skin anyway. I think if you have normal or oily skin this would be ideal. In terms of price it is overpriced...
