...I really like the Clinique brand. I know they are on the expensive but I am a real sucker for their products. I bought this as part of a promotional offer at Boots and I have to say I am really impressed with it! This Clinique Turnaround Concentrate was really nice on my skin. The cream is meant to brighten up your skin and give you a more even appearance by using exfoliants which continually resurface the skin. I always feel that in the winter months my skin always looks a little dreary and not quite as fresh as it normally does. I started using this about October time and I really think it has improved my skin over the festive months! The central heating normally plays havoc with my skin when we have it on, but I really think this cream made a difference and brightened it up. The directions of use are to apply it twice daily...

Fantastic skin at last - thank you clinique three step!

Clinique- good for sensitive skin

...This is step 2 of the 3 step clinique system. As I have really sensitive skin I have to use the mild clarifying lotion instead of the normal lotions which are numbered 1, 2 and 3. I have tried many different clensing products over the last 5 years and this one is the best for my skin. The other products I have tried have given me an allergic reaction, such as itchiness and my face swelling up so I was worried about trying this due to the inital expense, but it has never caused me a problem. A friend recommended I try it as she had similar problems. Clinique do claim that no one can be allergic to their products because of their strict testing,but I do know some people who have found the products to dry out their skin. ...I recently used the Clinique clarifying lotion after having a consultation at my local Army and Navy store. I came away with the soap, clarifying lotion and moisturiser in sample size and started to use them straight away as directed. By the end of the second day the skin on my nose was flaking off. I have followed the instructions I was given implicitly, remove make-up before using the soap , then wipe once only with the lotion ,then use the moisturiser but my skin continued to flake. I can't remember ever being allergic to anything else in my life and have certainly never experienced a reaction like this. By process of elimination i have discovered that it must be the clarifying lotion that caused the reaction as I have tried the moisturiser and the soap since with no ill effects. My advice to anyone conteplating using these...

Advantages: Soft, light and gives great smooth looking skin.
Disadvantages: The dispensing bottle, it's quite difficult to get the last drops out the bottle

...I have been using this product for approximately 3 years and I love it. At £25 to £30 (depending on retailer) it is quite pricey however I feel it is very much worth it. It is in a pump action dispenser and feels extremely soft and silky when rubbing it in. You only need a very small amount for one application therefore, although pricey, one tube will last a long time. I use this with a couple of other creams and have been sucked into decriptions in the past about the greatness of certain products however I must say that combined with the rest of my skin care routine (also clinique) I have been very pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I can't say that I have absolutely no lines or wrinkles etc however, I feel that I have considerably less than if I didn't use this item although, this is hard to justiy as I will never know...

...The packaging for this product is in a pump dispenser and looks great. When you pump out a little it feels quite light and not that rich at all. When you spread it onto your skin it is absorbed pretty much instantly and leaves a matte type finish which i really like. From reading the clinique website it is meant to act as a skin renewer, exfoliant type product even though there is no rough or "scrubby" type feel to it. This is a product i will be buying agin due to the way it is absorbed so quickly, is non greasey and leaves such a nice matte finish on your skin. It also has no smell to it and after you have applied it you put on your normal moisturier. Im not 100% sure how much it does for my skin as i have not been using it that long but i do feel that the appearence of my skin is a bit brighter than what it was. As for the cost...

...not yet hit Austria, so there was the thought of either returning my easily-earned money to the piggy bank or choosing the more acceptable option, i.e. finding a substitute product, and this is where Clinique stepped in! Clinique Skin Supplies for Men - Face Scrub is a little bit classier than your average facial scrubs, although many would probably baulk at the price tag of EUR23.70 for a 100ml tube, which is around the GBP15 mark. The tube does however go a long way, with the 100ml tube still half full after daily (as recommended) application daily for the last 5 weeks, and I find there is a lot less wastage than with the cheaper facial scrubs, but it may be because I am more careful with this stuff than I would if it were available for a mere GBP2-3 a tube.
