Total turnaround cream - as good as an exfoliator

Advantages: A little goes a long way
Disadvantages: quite a bulky container

...I have been looking for something to remove dead and dull skin from my face for a while. I am quite sensitive, so most exfoliating products are too harsh. The ones that I can use are then too weak! The dead skin then builds up on my face, and flakes appear under my makeup. Never ending circle of not quite getting it right! So, I decided to try some "Total Turnaround visible skin renewer" alongside my weak exfoliator, and after a week, I am really pleased with the results. The packaging of the product is nice and stylish - but it doesn't really fit into the "chuck it in the wash bag and disapear for the weekend" category of convient size! At least when you start to finish the pot, you will be able to get all 50ml of cream out of the container, so I suppose the above isn't too much of a negative point. The cream is white...

Clinique Total Turnaround Visible Skin Renewer

Advantages: Soft, light and gives great smooth looking skin.
Disadvantages: The dispensing bottle, it's quite difficult to get the last drops out the bottle

...! (and am unwilling to find out!). There is another product, the total turnaround mask which I must admit I have never used however, will be trying this in the future as supposedly combined with the cream it really will give a yonger, fresher look. All in all, I would definitely recommend this cream, it is not oily, rubs in easily and leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth and silky, not heavy at all, very light and almost refreshing....

Clinique Turnaround Visible Skin Renewer

Advantages: Made my skin look and feel a lot brighter
Disadvantages: Bit on the expensive side for such a small bottle

...I really like the Clinique brand. I know they are on the expensive but I am a real sucker for their products. I bought this as part of a promotional offer at Boots and I have to say I am really impressed with it! This Clinique Turnaround Concentrate was really nice on my skin. The cream is meant to brighten up your skin and give you a more even appearance by using exfoliants which continually resurface the skin. I always feel that in the winter months my skin always looks a little dreary and not quite as fresh as it normally does. I started using this about October time and I really think it has improved my skin over the festive months! The central heating normally plays havoc with my skin when we have it on, but I really think this cream made a difference and brightened it up. The directions of use are to apply it twice daily...

Clinique turnaround visible skin renewer

Advantages: leaves lovely feel to skin!
Disadvantages: A little expensive but worth it

...The packaging for this product is in a pump dispenser and looks great. When you pump out a little it feels quite light and not that rich at all. When you spread it onto your skin it is absorbed pretty much instantly and leaves a matte type finish which i really like. From reading the clinique website it is meant to act as a skin renewer, exfoliant type product even though there is no rough or "scrubby" type feel to it. This is a product i will be buying agin due to the way it is absorbed so quickly, is non greasey and leaves such a nice matte finish on your skin. It also has no smell to it and after you have applied it you put on your normal moisturier. Im not 100% sure how much it does for my skin as i have not been using it that long but i do feel that the appearence of my skin is a bit brighter than what it was. As for the cost...

...I'm beginning to sound like I only use Clinique products, don't worry I'll get on to the rest! This is my one and only facial moisturiser since I first tried it as a sample a few months ago. I've always had small under-the-surface spots around my lower cheeks, never been anything terrible but they've always annoyed me. I tried the sample and the results were instantly noticeable, its almost like its an exfoliator. ...I was always pretty sceptical about the 'premium brands' of beauty products. I just couldn't believe that a moisturiser could vary from say £5 to £50 depending on what brand you bought - how could there be that much difference? But then I tried a friend's moisturiser whilst on a ski trip. My face was really weather beaten, and she had some of Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion. Wow, was it fantastic! Good but pricey

...I use quite a variety of Clinique products and have bought this a few times. The price is about £30 for 50ml. Eeek! The packing looks very nice, what you'd expect from Clinique creams. It comes in a nice little pot. So how do you use it ? After cleansing / toning you apply it as you would a moisturiser. You do not need much, just as well at that price eh. It goes on like a normal moisturiser, it isn't greasy and feels nice on the skin. I tend not to use it every day as I find it suits my skin better to rotate it with more ' moisturising ' moisturisers. When I do as Clinique recommend as an option ( apply a moisturiser on top of this cream ) I find the results much less effective. I tend to use it as an exfoliator, when my skin is looking rather dull, grey or ' sad '. My skin is slightly sensitive but doesn't react badly...

Clinique Eye Cream

Advantages: Reduces pufiness
Disadvantages: Bit expenses, not great on the dark circles

...I love most Clinique products and as I have problems with pufiness and dark cirlces around my eyes in the morning I decided to try this product. I found it just a wee bit too expensive for the size of the jar, although a little does go a long way. I found it to have a good but no a great effect (think I was looking for miracles). My eyes were definatley less puffy in the morning but I noticed little difference to the dark circles under my eyes. I decided to continue with this product and see if the effect improved but unfortunatley it did not. Overall, I think the cream is ok but I also think there are far cheaper ways of reducing puffinees around the eyes. Not sure I would reccomend this product...
