A car seat in a class of its own

A first class car seat

FIRST CLASS!!

Advantages: Long lasting,reclines and looks good!

...It was a nightmare trying to find a car seat that actually fits in my ford fiesta!Plus it 's only a 3 door that i have, so trying to get in the back to sort the seat out was a pain. Eventually, i found the britax first class.It wouldnt have been my ideal choice because of the dull colours on the material, but we had to go with it, as it was the only one that fitted. this is a second stage seat, so you can use it from birth, right up until the child is four. From birth up to approx 9 months(201b)it has to be rearward facing in the front or back of the car. when the child reaches 201b, you can have it forward facing, and use it until the child reaches four. N.B>>i just want to point out, that you shouldnt have your baby forward facing until they they are at least 201b in weight, this is because there neck wont be supported enough...

First class - it really is!

Advantages: Very comfy for newborns and toddlers.
Disadvantages: Hard to install rearward facing - but worth it!

I just wanted to take the baby and leave the seat behind! You do have to have extra long seatbelts to fit the seat rearward facing and have quite a bit of room between the front seats. We had a Mondeo so it fitted with no problems at all. It is quite hard work to get strapped in correctly when it is rearward facing but then you don't have to take it out again so it's worth the effort.
