...So this next review is about my experience in the CN tower, when I visited Toronto Canada. I had visited a number of big attraction sights in Toronto, but this was one of the one?s that a enjoyed extremely. It was fun, exciting, bold and out of this world, it was a plus that I wasn?t afraid of heights, so for anyone who does suffer from vertigo, it might be a challenge to visit this place. I had been to Toronto once before, however I was only 8 and thus didn?t have the chance to visit the CNN tower only views it from outside. I promised myself that I would come back one day to visit this attraction, only took me over a decade to come back, but it was highly worth the wait.
Information and the CN Tower:
The CN tower started its construction in 1975, once the construction was complete it stood at a mammoth 1,815.4 ft) tall, making it...

Review of CN Tower, Toronto
Advantages: telecommunication hub of Toronto, lots to do and see, gift shop, built in revolving restaurant Disadvantages: if you are scared of heights then this may not be for you!
...If you are lucky enough to visit Toronto then you must go to CN Tower. CN Tower is not just an icon but it plays a very important part as a telecommunications hub of Toronto. It stands tall at 553.33m and by no surprise hoards of tourists choose to visit the tower every year, around 2 million tourists to be precise. The tower was built in 1976 by Canadian National, thus the name CN. It was made with the intention that it would be the worlds tallest tower. CN Tower is situated at the heart of the entertainment disrict and is very easily accessible by the tube and by car, which is how we got there. We actually chose to go there late evening as there would not be so many tourists at that time and we could enjoy being there more, minus the bustling crowds and long queues.
INSIDE THE TOWER
There are 4 lookout levels but not surprisingly...

Review of CN Tower, Toronto
Advantages: Great views Disadvantages: Vertigo anyone?
...In honour of Canada's birthday last week I thought I would write a review about the CN Tower (Canadian National is what CN stands for) which is the defining feature of the Toronto skyline. Set next to Lake Ontario the CN Tower is an iconic Canadian image and a building for the record books. Finished in 1975 the CN Tower is the World's Tallest Free Standing Structure at just over 553 metres. According to its website (http://www.cntower.ca/) the CN Tower also holds the following records:
* World's highest public observation gallery
* Sky Pod at 447 m (1,465 ft.)
* World's highest bar - Horizons at 346 metres (1,136 ft.)
* World's longest metal staircase - 2,579 steps
* World's highest glass floor - 342 metres (1,122 ft.)
* World's highest and largest revolving restaurant - 351 metres (1151 ft.)
* World's highest 'wine...

Review of CN Tower, Toronto
Advantages: it's a world record holder, views are great ... Disadvantages: ...only on a clear day, expensive, queues can be horrendous in summer
...It?s bloody tall! That?s the first impression you get when you stand at the base of the CN Tower and look up (you cannot see the top of the tower when you do this, as the observation deck obstructs your view). And it?s no surprise it?s so bloody big, as this is in fact the World?s largest free-standing structure, at an incredible 553m high (I know, it?s etched on my souvenir mug, which was bought just last month!)
Seen from far away this tower looks impossibly thin, but once you reach the base of it, you realise it?s a very wide strong tower, giving you a little confidence that it will stay upright. Nevertheless, on windy days the SkyPod observation deck does sway noticeably, though on the calm clear day I visited no movement was noticeable.
Upon entering the tower, you queue up, get your ticket, have your bags carefully searched...

Review of CN Tower, Toronto
Advantages: CN Tower, great shopping, good art gallery Disadvantages: Non-too pretty
...I went to Toronto last November, on a mid-budget tour. I have still not totally decided what I thought of the place but have a few clear opinions I'd like to share with you all.
Toronto's main international airport is MILES out of town - the taxi journey is lenghty, but most tour operators will include the transfer. For independent travellers, I'd advise against the limo's and try to find others to share a taxi with.
The first view I got of the city was through a very thick fog on a very grey day and I can honestly say that I was horrified at the prospect of spending a week there! The CN tower is the first thing you see and it really does tower above everything. You don't have to get too close to it before you are really craning your neck to have a look at the top of it.
North American cities really do have a strange look about...
Advantages: Great experience Disadvantages: Nothing
...Our recent trip to Canada started and ended in Toronto, and with just over a day to kill before the flight brought us back to good old Blighty, there were a couple of things we really wanted to do. One of these was to travel up to the top of what was once the world's tallest free standing structure, the CN Tower.
To be honest, the Tower, which sits a few blocks away from the shoreline of Lake Ontario, is not the most accessible place if you approach it from the north. You arrive with too many stairs and bridges to negotiate, and if you don't enter the building at the right point, you can get lost.
However, once you do get inside, it's quite simple. You join the queue to buy the tickets, and go to the top of the tower. The queue was huge, but as there are limited ticket tariffs, it went down quite quickly. There are a few options...

Review of CN Tower, Toronto
...Recently, brother have been re-designing their printers and their all in ones.
This HL4040CN, has just been re-designed and now looks better and works better.
The design shape of this, is basically a big box. And it is big because this printer is for an high end personal use or for medium class office work. So therefore it has to be able to cope with a lot of work.
Even though this is a box shape, it still looks somewhat cool. Its panels of blue and silver do this and it does looks really modern.
From the front of the machine, a blue panel fold down. This is a 50 sheet multi purpose tray, and directly below this tray is another, this one holds a massive 250 sheets of paper, and this is the main paper feed for printing off documents.
At the top of the printer is where the printed documents come out, this is easier to collect...

Review of Brother HL 4040CN
Advantages: Breath Taking views value for money Disadvantages: If you suffer with vertigo or fear of hights you may have reservations
...It was early evening when I paid my visit to the Tower; the sky was still bright with the sun although it was making its journey further west. I had spent an exciting day exploring the city, taking a ferry over to the harbour islands and touring the wonderful gardens and the amusement park located at their center and to crown the day was a visit to the CN Tower. It was the last week of August, Toronto was in the height of its tourist season, a week before Labour Day and during the Canadian Exhibition celebrations and I was on a once in a life time holiday.
From virtually every point of the greater metropolitan area of downtown Toronto and dominating a striking skyline of gleaming high-rise skyscrapers, condos and apartment buildings is Canada's wonder of the modern world, the spectacular Canadian National Tower.
Favourably more...

Review of CN Tower, Toronto
Advantages: High, great view, must see Disadvantages: Expensive, queues, too high for some!
...If you asked most people to name an attraction in Toronto then the CN Tower would probably come top of the list. It is an icon of the city and a massive tourist attraction. So is it worth all the hype?
HISTORY:
The CN Tower or Canadian National Tower is described as the 'Canadian Wonder of the World' and with good reason. The Tower was built in 1976 by Canadian National and was originally designed to be used for transmitting TV and radio signals. It was never intended to be a tourist attraction but what did they really expect? It is still used for its intended purpose but is also now a huge tourist attraction. Over 2 million people a year visit it.
FACTOIDS (!):
The Tower is the World's tallest building (well if you count the antenae which many don't!). If you're being fussy, I suppose its the tallest structure.
It...
