...im not all that bothered about that I never get round to it. However, with the wii fit its in the living room and I can do it in the privacy of my own home. If im going to get hot and sweaty I can do it in some old clothes or pyjamas and then have a proper bath or shower in the comfort of my house. I'd never get round to going to the gym but with the wii fit entering my line of vision every time I walk past the television its hard to resist!!! The added element of competition definitely helps too! Every now and then the program will also ask your family members to comment on various aspects of your health. For example my brother got a question about whether I was looking any thinner and gave him a variety of options - he delighted in selecting an option saying that I looked fatter!! I have also had questions on family members posture...

A Wii for Mii

Advantages: Great fun, good for all ages
Disadvantages: Graphics aren't brilliant

...character - which is great if you've reached pro level on Wii Sports you don't have to start at the bottom level again. I would definitely recommend a Wii to anyone that wants a console that they can enjoy with all of their friends and family no matter what age group they are in. Advantages: The Balance Board technology is outstanding
Disadvantages: It can be quite expensive

...Intro Wii Fit is something quite difficult to review. But people think that playing things like Wii Fit, is doing them good. Like take Brain Training, it would make you smarter, or something like Guitar Hero would make them feel like rockstars. But does Wii Fit actually make you fit? I think yes. It does make you fit. It does actually work! Like balancing on the Balance Board improves your posture and balance. Muscle exercises grows and tightens your muscles. Aerobics games make you lose weight. Which in fact it does. But personally, I went jogging for 20 minutes and it said I GAINED one pound. Which must be a glitch, if you ask me. And today, Wii Fit costs £69.99 ($89.99) which may be a little on the pricey side. But amusing if you can afford it, it is so much worth to buy and helps you stay much in great shape. ...Last Christmas, my mum (a.k.a. "Santa") got the family a Wii Fit - hinting at my sister and I that we need to keep fit. I'm going to admit, I'm a bit fat. Now, I'm not one of those people you see in documentaries who can't get out of bed because they're huge but I could stand to lose a stone or two. I used to go to the gym twice a week but I found it too difficult and it was straining keeping up with my trainer, and I felt embarassed whenever I told him I couldn't do something. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! However, I've been using it on-and-off since Christmas and it's great! It's been about a month since I last used it...

...Nintendo Wii Fit (Wii Fit) I got Wii fit on Christmas day 2008 and ever since I have not got off it. I am a really big gamer and when I bought the Wii i thought it wasn't going to be good and it wasn't that good as the Xbox 360 or the PlayStation 3, but when I got Wii Fit for it I have been playing it one hour a day every day. I do all kinds of exercises on it. Including Jogging, Push up's, Step aerobics and many more. It really is a good way of excerising because it is fun and you don't even know that you are excerising! Whats in the box... In the Wii Fit box there is not too much, there is a Wii fit balance board, Wii fit Wii game, Four AA Batteries and Manuals. What games is there on the Wii Fit game... There is all sorts of games on the Wii Fit, there is boxing, jogging, Push ups, side ups, step aerobics and many more...

...I think that the wii fit game is really good. comes fully equit with the wii balance board, this fun and interactive game is really good to play on your own or with friends. Everyone can enjoy this and with a variety of different games(balance, muscle works outs, yoga- which i havent played on yet, and aerobics) this fun game can help you to get fit and have fun. I personally enjoy all the games and have unlocked them all. you can play with more than one player, but only on the running which is slightly disappointing, but other than that the sound and the graphics are both very satisfactory and i would say that this is a very worthwhile investment-especially if you have children. I thought that when wii sports came out that that was very good and realistica nd enjoyable-but this is even better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DEFINATELY...

...As someone who has a bad back, and could also stand to lose a few pounds in weight, I finally gave in and bought the wii fit. Basically, all it consists of is a balance board and CD with the Wii Fit activities on it. Like the Nintendo Wii controllers it is completely wireless which is great for storage, when you finish you can just slot it under your bed or in a cupboard. To start off you create a character for yourself in the Wii Fit Plaza, which is based off your Mii. The main idea is to have a daily body test which charts your weight, bmi, wii fit age etc and then go on to do some training in the form of either balance, aerobic, muscle exercise or yoga.
