Advantages: Dedicated professionals providing our children with a good education
Disadvantages: See review
...Whilst I don't have children yet I am a qualified teacher and, in a previous life, I taught in primary schools so feel justified in expressing my opinion on the education system and schools today and it's a subject close to my heart.
On the whole teachers are hardworking, motivated and dedicated. The people who moan about their long holidays and short days etc don't realise the work going...

Life is an Education!
Advantages: very watchable film
Disadvantages: none
...I got quite a few DVDs for Christmas mainly thanks to my family taking note of my Amazon wish-list. One film that I wanted to see for a while was An Education and luckily this was one of the DVDs I received. I am only ever interested in the film when I get a DVD so this is going to be a film only review even though there are some extras on the DVD.

Advantages: Take pressure off teachers and kids
Disadvantages: Are teachers up to it?
...arse!?
Of course, as we know its not quite like that, is it?
But nevertheless, it might as well be, schools need to be fit.
I joke and I jest, but education?s important,
Lets teach them the best, that teacher?s know and want!
For a teacher?s a teacher, because they care,
Not ?cause they have sales targets to hit and to bare!
Look at me! My teachers weren't worked to the bone,
And I came out fine...
