Advantages: Increased frequency of Brighton-London expresses
Disadvantages: Lack of investment is glaring, conditions are insufferable

Connex Needs Serious Improvment

Advantages: Staff are helpful and relatively polite
Disadvantages: Expensive, Regular Delays, Un-Safe - Not Safety Conscious, use Propaganda, Attempt to Fool Customers, Lack Investment, Ignore Advise, Almost have a Monopoly in some Areas, Run Dirty, Un-Comfortable & Vandalised Trains
